Third floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. It can sleep 9 comfortably.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a large flat screen tv. It has a en suite bathroom with walk in shower and garden jazuzzi tub.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed plus a twin over full bunk bed. This room can sleep 5 people.

The 2nd bathroom has a tub shower combo.

The living room has pull out couch and a spectacular ocean view with private balcony.

****IT DOES HAVE A FULL SIZE WASHER AND DRYER****

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook in.

New Snowbirds at PCB, Majestic!

What a great community! Some issues with the pools and hot tubs being closed on and off. We love the location. The only thing I would say is the owner needs to do a deep cleaning on the floor and fix a few things!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2nd day there, I ended up going to an Urgent Care for a allergic reaction. Not sure what caused it, but came back and steipped the beds and found them nasty. The living room couch stunk and after that day we did ntommot sit on it. I did call the manager of the cleaning staff to out unit, because I wanted them to see the roach still alive in my bed sheets. She did ask to bring maintenance to spray for bugs and to clean the couch. I declined that service because we did not want anyone in the unit while we were not there and why do we have to be inconvenienced due to cleaning that should of been done before we arrived.

Winter in Panama City Beach

We stayed Jan & Feb. 2024. Many pros and 1 con PROS -layout of the whole facility. We stayed on the 3rd floor and appreciated the ease of entry/exit. There is a drop off zone in the 3rd level parking, with access to the walkway from parkade to condo. -entertainment and exercise facilities were great we enjoyed movies on Tuesday and Thursday, we used the exercise room most mornings. -pools-the inside pool was nicely heated, outdoor hot tubs were great, 2 out of 3 were working for our stay -rooms were as advertised, dated and functional, lots of plugins didn’t work and they had an electrician do some work on it while we were there. Beds had decent mattresses but the frames were ancient and were held up with sticks of wood. You had to be careful getting into bed or you would stub your toes! Dishes and cutlery were quite sparse and we had them bring some more dishes. They advertise sleeping for 8 but they didn’t have enough dishes for the 2 of us! -view- the 3rd floor balcony facing the beach was perfect CON -NOISE-there is a motorcycle hangout/bar across the street. Wednesday, Friday and Saturday are the worst, although the noise can be any night. The motorcycle A**holes like to drag race from the front of the bar. Lots of nights it goes until 3 a.m. don’t think about getting any undisturbed sleep. Just when you think it calms down and you doze off, another motorcycle A**hole will rev up his bike at full throttle, hold it there for a minute or 2, then take off.

The property was a little outdated and there needs to be a few cosmetic changes, but overall we had a great week. Communication with the property manager was EXCELLENT!! 5 stars! Beach Vacation

The rental was just like advertised. It was clean and a very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony listening to the waves and watching the dolphins. There could be a little more seating in the living room but it was not something that I would call a problem. Really enjoyed our stay and will consider booking this property again in the future.
