Needs updating
Location of building is excellent. Property management is great, they keep bldg. and grounds updated and clean. But this unit needed updated badly. Get rid of jacuzzi tub, put a walk in shower in for older adults renting. Way too many Knick knacks and plastic plants. Get rid of oversized cabinets in both bathrooms they are useless and in the way. Get rid of the over the toilet cabinet in second bathroom and put up a couple shelves. Get rid of the oversized bed tables and get something smaller. Get rid of everything hanging on walls in the hall except 2 larger pictures. Kitchen cabinets facings are starting to peeling off. And for Pete’s sake don’t lock the kitchen pantry door to renters, We had to cram our food in cabinets with the dishes and even put stuff on top rack of dishwasher, not enough room on the counter for food , a pantry would of been nice. The owners had already locked off the closet in the second bedroom for there personal items, leave one closet for people to put there dry goods in. Very inconvenient.
