Welcome to Majestic Beach Resort Tower I #1311, a two bedroom, two bath Gulf Front Condo that sleeps six, in Panama City Beach, Florida. This 13th floor condo offers an enchanting vacation experience with incredible views and breathtaking sunsets. Spend some time at the beach or enjoy all the wonderful amenities that Majestic Beach Resort has to offer from multiple resort pools to the movie theater!

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, flat screen TV, and its own private full bathroom, complete with an oversized garden tub. You'll find a king-size bed and a flat screen TV in the second bedroom, which also has private access to the second shared full bathroom. Both bedrooms recently upgraded to new mattresses as well!

Heading to the beach? Pack your cooler in the fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances! There's plenty of room to relax in the living room; it's complete with a queen sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. Don't forget those balcony views: dine al fresco watching the sun sink into the water.   • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

The view was awesome. It’s in need of a deeper clean with a few repairs…nothing that can’t be overlooked if need be. Fans need to be dusted along with vents. Kitchen wasn’t as stocked as it could be but how much cooking are you going to be doing. Check in was confusing because of two doors w/ different codes.

Great location

The condo was perfect, just as described. Check in was flawless, never had to talk to anyone, codes worked great and arm bands were waiting on us! Elevators were great especially for a building of this size. We were there with several doing a Senior trip and the noise level was not a problem. Security was visible is needed. Will definitely stay here again!
