This beautifully decorated large 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo in one of the best resorts on the beach will fill up soon! Book now so you can enjoy your special time in Panama City Beach! This is a family friendly resort with a minimum age of 25 for renters. Condo and balcony are smoke free.

Unit 1702 in Tower 1 on the 17th floor is a large condo that sleeps 12 comfortably with 2 kings, 2 queens, built-in twin XL bunk beds and a queen size sleeper sofa.

The Oceanfront Master Suite has a king size bed, private bath with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet and a wall mounted 40" ROKU Smart TV

The 2nd Master Suite has a king size bed, private bath and a wall mounted 40" ROKU Smart TV

The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen size beds and wall mounted 40" ROKU Smart TV

The 4th bedroom has built-in twin bunk beds and a wall mounted 24" ROKU Smart TV with Blue Ray player

Living room has sleeper/sofa (sofa opens up to queen size bed), 4 side chairs, 58" wall mounted ROKU Smart TV with Blue Ray player

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We did find some sand in one of the bunks, but I let them know and they had brand new sheets delivered immediately. We also were able to grab an earlier check in, so we understand that sometimes that rushes the cleaners. The automatic door lock broke while we were there and they were so on top of the whole situation. It is a great place to stay with wonderful owners!

This property was all it was advertised to be! The rooms were good size, beds were comfortable, and plenty of space for all nine of us. The balcony was a good size so that we could mostly all be on it together just watching the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped as well. The living room was a good space to just wind down as well. The resort itself was beautiful, family friendly, and all staff were kind and helpful!The hosts were so accommodating and responsive as we ended up getting there earlier than anticipated and they were very kind and helpful with accommodations!

Majestic Beach Resort Condi

Our stay at this condo was perfect. The beds were all very comfortable. It had everything you needed for the beach, i.e., chairs, umbrellas, sand toys for the kids. We spent a lot of time on balcony. The view was superb and furniture was nice. The only thing we didn’t like was the long walks to the parking garage. We would love to return. Owners were always prompt to answer questions and were very helpful.

This condo was perfect for our family of 11 with kids ranging in age from 2-17. The “little extras” really made this property stand out - starter kit of supplies, laundry baskets, tons of hangers, etc. Views were amazing and all facility amenities were fabulous. Communication with the owners was quick and pleasant and the check-in/out process was super quick and easy! Our first 4th of July on the beach did not disappoint! Highly recommend this unit!

Great place to stay

My family and I stayed here for 7 nights and it fit 11 of us comfortably. This condo is well maintained and updated. The rooms were very clean and nothing needed to be done but come right in and stay. The oceanfront balcony view on the 17th floor is stunning and there is plenty of seating. The building and property is in overall good shape with several really nice pool areas for the kids which were clean. Even though the garage is across the street the bridge walkway really helps. I also love that you dont have to fight over luggage carts or have to go find one with their cart check person. The beach was perfect and everyone enjoyed that as well. We would all stay here again no doubt.

We enjoyed our stay at the Majestic resort. The condo was nicely decorated and had lots of beach items for us to use. The kitchen was also well stocked and the washer/dryer were great. The balcony is smaller than it appears on the site and the master is the only room that is beach front. Neither a big deal but good to know as the pictures make it a bit hard to determine. Get out to beach EARLY if you want a spot close to the water. Like 5am. But the beach is gorgeous.

This property was exactly as the pics show and more! Everything was very clean and well maintained. The beds are super comfy and was nice to have 3 seperate bathrooms as we had 13 total people. They have plenty of beach items to use if needed. The owners have great communication and were very prompt with responses. We had a chance to actually meet Susan, and she is a sweatheart. The location is great and a very short distance from many restaurants and attractions. The kids loved the pools and was a nice switch up from the beach. The poolside bar was a nice option to have if you wanted a frozen drink. The ladies with us enjoyed having a Starbucks on property. Overall, you cant beat this property. From great owners to overall cleanliness to location, definitely A+. of beach of beach items

Best condo we have ever stayed at!!!

I have been staying in VRBO condos in PCB since I was a teen and this was by far the best condo we have ever stayed at. It’s was super clean, and very comfortable beds but what was most impressive was how well stocked this condo was. It had EVERYTHING! An entire closet full of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas etc, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, extra comfy blankets and even a cooler!! Tons of spices if you want to cook, pots and pans and even a crock pot. We were beyond impressed as we have stayed in condos that have nothing except some plates and cups and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom leaving us to purchase everything. Honestly we had the best week and Susan the owner was so sweet and responsive and kept us very well informed through how the area fared with Hurricane Helene. We will 100% stay here again!!!
