Located on the 2nd floor of Ramsgate Harbor Condominiums, this low rise, low density complex offers a slow paced, family friendly atmosphere as close to the water as possible. Ramsgate Harbor is tucked away on the far West end of PCB with easy access to 30A, shopping, dinning and all that the Emerald Coast has to offer. This 2 bedroom flat was recently renovated with all new furnishing and offers a modern, relaxing space only one flight of stairs from covered parking. Upon entering the condo you will immediately be greeted with mesmerizing gulf views! Once inside you will notice the full kitchen along with the spacious living and dining areas. The living room conveniently has access to the oversized balcony expanding your entertaining space. The primary bedroom offers amazing gulf views, king bed, access to the balcony and a private en-suite bathroom with a custom luxury shower. The secondary bedroom offers 2 queen beds along with built in twin over twin bunks. The oversized sectional in the living room is also a pullout sleeper if desired. Beautiful Ocean View - Not Crowded

We loved the ocean front view the most! Even on bad weather days we could enjoy the view of the ocean. The unit is furnished beautifully. The beach was not crowded. We plan to return.

Our favorite place

We had an opportunity to make an impromptu, weekend trip to the beach. We were excited when Kristina’s listing was available for our dates as we had stayed in the same condo last year. It is exactly as pictured, very clean, quite and in a perfect location. Kristina is a pleasure to work with - responsive, accommodating and very kind. It can be stressful choosing a vacation listing, but this one will not disappoint.

Nice Place!

I was pleased overall with this property. The decor is restful and fresh, and looks professionally done. The mattresses are comfy, pillows galore. Bedding was fresh and clean. The bathrooms are spacious and have lots of shower options. The kitchen was clean and the fridge also. The patio provides a lovely, unobstructed view of the ocean. Access to the beach is perfect--no stairs to the beach. I would stay here again!

Perfect Getaway!

We loved the low-capacity property. It was a very calm and peaceful setting close to the beach. Having beach service provided made sitting on the beach so easy - no need to carry personal chairs. Our accommodations were very comfortable. We were surprised by no ice maker in the refrigerator freezer. My husband was the “ice man” so we had ice in reserve at all times.
