  • Exceptional clean and spacious 1400+ SqFt condo with large, covered balcony overlooking beach and pools. Condo has been recently updated with newer appliances, shaker white cabinets and quartz counters. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook. If you don't see what you need call us and we will get it asap. Newer mattresses and high thread count sheets. Newer comfortable living room furniture and 75" 4K Smart TV. Cable included. Easy to login into Amazon, Netflix, Hulu etc. Resort Amenities: tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, bocce ball, racket ball, work out room and more. All the equipment included. Large pool, jacuzzi and baby pool with decks facing the ocean. Affordable poolside restaurant with discount drink cups included in your room. This unit includes super comfy chaise lounges right on the beach. No need to get up to reserve a chair. You pick your chairs at the beginning of your stay, and they will be there for you the entire time. Beach towels, extra folding chairs, children beach toys, binoculars, board games, baby crib and more are provided in the room. And of course, a large front load washer and dryer so you can pack light and still have fresh clothes. Secure parking. This property was awesome !! Clean and well equipped. The condo was beautifully decorated and we really enjoyed the spacious yet private balcony. The host was exceptionally helpful and kind. Common areas were clean and updated from hallways and elevators to the pool. This is the first rental I’ve ever used that I would visit again.

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. This was our 2nd year of staying here. We plan to stay here on our girls trip every year if we can get our dates before they are gone. We love everything about this place. It's super clean, huge balcony, beautiful view, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, beach toys, board games. Just many many extras you don't fine other places.

PCB Stay

We’ve stayed at Watercress before, but this was our first time in this condo. Everything was great. It was clean, had everything we needed, and communication with the owner was easy. We loved having access to beach chairs and umbrella every day. It’s a perfect place for families.

Ive been coming to Pamana city beach for 6 years. This is the best condo I have stayed at. The beds were comfortable and very spacious for a group of 5. The balcony was a big plus. The only thing I wish it had was a full size mirrors.

Lovely stay with beautiful ocean view

This property is a great vacation spot. The condo itself is spacious and has a great view. The building is located directly on the beach and has a nice pool and hot tub. The unit came well equipped with everything needed to enjoy our stay. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The owner of the unit provided superb communication during our stay. There is also a delicious coffee shop across the street which I really enjoyed. We had a wonderful vacation and would recommend this place.

Great Condo with everything you need!!

We loved our stay in this condo. The blender was great for morning protein smoothies, several spices were available for cooking, and the kitchen had everything else you would need. The huge patio kept us entertained when we weren't by the pool. If you love being parallel with the beach, the ocean, and the pool, this is a great place. The large screen Roku tv was very easy to operate for movie nights. I could go on, but no need, it is a great place!

Great condo!

Such a lovely condo- We loved the view and location. The beach service is also so lovely!! The set up is great with the king bed and 2 twins. We informed the homeowner of issues with upkeep (broken towel rack, clogged bathtub, and cleaning deficiencies) and she agreed to address it. Other than that it was a perfect getaway!!

We loved 606. It was exactly as described but better! Balcony has an absolutely beautiful view of the sunset. Our two teenage grandkids enjoyed the heated swimming pool and how close it was to the beach. Even tho we didn’t really cook but maybe one time to make grilled cheese, noticed The kitchen was perfectly stocked for cooking including spices. We loved it

Had an issue getting into condo but other than that everything was great! If you go crab hunting do not leave your shoes on the chairs as you walk. My Birkenstocks were stolen but I know that’s not the property problem. Just a bad person. Thr condo was great and great location. Would definitely book again.

The condo itself was great. Very close to the beach and a great view. Well stocked with anything you need. Very comfortable beds, giant TV with many options. Beach supplies! 5 star for the condo and host! The only issues we had were nothing to do with the host because it wasn’t her fault, but I feel the need to share with others because I appreciate honest reviews.- first issue is this condo is in the middle and is set in several feet from the outer units on both sides, which does not allow good air flow during the hot time of the day. It can be uncomfortable on the balcony during this time. Also you don’t get the view up and down the beach, just straight ahead (which is still an awesome view) - 2nd issue we had was the construction work being done on the railings. They were replacing the balcony railings on several units and it was a constant noise throughout the day. I wish they would do these renovations during the winter months. Neither of these issues had anything to do with our host and we had a great stay!

We’ve stayed in a lot of condos at PCB and our favorite thing about this condo is we never had to wait on an elevator (unheard of to us after previous experiences in other condos) , and it’s not a high traffic area as far as getting to and from the condo..it doesn’t take super long time to get from point A to B (Walmart or restaurants). It is definitely a treasure for families with small children that you know are still learning that patience factor. I think it’s so unique that the condo also has a place to share floats and sand toys and the walking mat to the beach makes it more ideal for wagons but also make it more handicap accessible. Pool service/security guy (older black gentleman) is wonderful and one of our favorite things about the stay. When we went to the beach it wasn’t insane tent after tent like most places we have stayed down here. Often times you’re stuck going under people’s tents to even get to the beach these days. The pack n play, rocking chair, and swivel chairs in the living room were a nice added touch for our baby. The balcony was large and the location of being in the center meant a little more privacy while sitting outside watching the waves.Only things to note: key code would sometimes not work. We messaged the host and let her know. For us it wasn’t an issue because we always had someone in room with our 3 month old. She was responsive and was going to come and fix it. We would stay here again.

The ocean and beach was beautiful. The condo was spacious and well stocked. Plenty of seating inside and on the balcony. The balcony was deep which allowed us to sit out without being in sun, wind or rain. We would definitely stay here again.
