Family Girls’ Trip

This was a multigenerational girls’ trip for our family, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location of the condo was great, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The large dining table was the perfect place for our nightly games. A special thanks to Kim who was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had.

Amazing Experience

To say this was amazing is an understatement!! The location, decor, host made this the perfect getaway!! We will be back! Our host made sure the condo was fully stocked and the kids loved the bunk beds!

Perfect condo for our first trip to Seacrest Beach!

The condo was clean ans well stocked. The location was perfect for our family...right above the little town circle in Seacrest. Would definitely stay here again !

Memorable Stay!

Beautiful and quaint property! Bill and Kim were so accommodating and answered all my questions and provided a very nice detailed packet while were there. One of our favorite vacay's to date!

Beautiful condo, great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s very clean and nicely renovated. The beach is a short walk away, bike rentals right downstairs and plenty of food/shopping options close by. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic location, beautiful apartment, wonderful hosts

The apartment is beautiful and very well located. Just walking distance from the beach, restaurants and town. The place is very well maintained, exactly like the pictures. Hosts are very responsive and great disposition. My family and I enjoyed very much our vacations and would definitively stay here again.

Great Stay!

Immaculate! Fantastic location, convenient, great access to beaches and restaurants. The only criticism is that the air conditioning had trouble keeping up with the Florida heat (all doors were closed!). Super!

Beautiful condo, amazing location, the best.

This condo was perfect. Clean, new/renovated, awesome location and very helpful owners. Kim was great to communicate with and everything about the condo was as expected. Beach was easy to get to and Peddlers pavilion is a great spot for dinner with the family. Look forward to returning to this condo next year!

nice property; convenient to restaurants and shops; the beach was overly crowded where we had access; the adjacent properties were not as congested; i would suggest staying at Waters Edge or Rosemary if you are looking for less crowded beach options

Great time in 30A

We had a wonderful time visiting 30A. The condo had everything we needed for our family of 4. Very accessible to everything around. We rented bikes and walked to Rosemary and Alys Beach. Our kids loved staying in the bunk bedroom. We would definitely come back!

Look no further and stay here!

Location was great! Shopping, restaurants, live music at night all right here!! There is a little grocery store to get snacks, beer and wine close by. The condo itself is perfection. It was a short walk to the beach. Loved they provided beach chairs. Just wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely stay here again. Owner was quick to respond with any questions we had.

Second time we have stayed in this complex and highly recommend!!! Walking distance to everything…. Parked car on check in date and never moved it for 4 days. Condo looks identical to photos, very modern and up to date!

Comfortable and homey

Decorated nicely and very comfortable. Beds were great to sleep in. Most everything needed in a kitchen is available. Access to beach is available with a short walk or tram ride. Spring break is very busy with posts of teens and pre-teens but we would return during summer.

Location! Location! Location!

The location of the condo was perfect. Close enough to walk to the beach, get cup of coffee & donuts, shopping and grab a bite to eat. All of the amenities in the condo are above and beyond. Beds are very comfortable, plenty of towels, beautiful furniture and they even beach towels. Beach chairs were handy and saved us money. Patio was a little small but perfect for four people. The owners were quick to respond when we had any questions. This is a great place and would highly recommend
