This condo is located at the Long Beach Resort in Tower 3 on the 8th floor. The unit number is 804. There are two beach chairs with umbrella included in the rental. The beach chairs are on the beach March 01 through October 31st of each year. Parking is located in front of the towers.

This condo has key-less entry. YOUR REQUESTED NUMBER OF CAR PASSES WILL BE IN THE CONDO ON THE DATE OF CHECK IN. YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATION WITH YOUR DOOR CODE AND ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY. The door code email is sent to the guest's personal email addressed provided when booking the condo. There are (8) pool bands in the condo.

The kitchen has been fully remodeled with new appliances, granite counters and new cabinets. The linens and pillows for the sleeper sofa are located in the guest bedroom closet on the shelf.

There is a full sized washing machine and dryer in the utility room adjacent to the kitchen area behind the louvered door.

The Long Beach Resort has the most beach frontage on the beach in addition to a lagoon pool, two Polynesian pools and 3 spa pools. Each tower has its own beach access. The resort is gated and there is full-time security.

There are charcoal grills located at the east end of Tower 1 and the west end of Tower 4.

This is a NON-SMOKING Condo, pets are NOT allowed, and renter MUST BE 25 years of age or older.
