High Tide is that house — one half of a side-by-side duplex on the quiet east end of the Panama City Beach peninsula, with six bedrooms, room for thirteen, and a layout that lets a big group spread out without anyone feeling on top of each other.

Inside, the feel is light and current: chic coastal decor, comfortable living spaces made for sinking into after hours on the beach, and big windows that pull in the Florida sun all day. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to feed a crowd, with an island and barstool seating that becomes the natural hub of the house — coffee in the morning, card games at night. (There's a stash of board games tucked away for exactly those evenings.) A private entrance and in-unit laundry keep the whole place feeling like your own.

The six bedrooms are set up to sleep just about any kind of group. Two king suites come with their own ensuite baths for the grown-ups who want a little privacy, three queen rooms give everyone else a comfortable landing spot, and a twin-over-double bunk room is ready-made for the kids — thirteen guests in all, across four full baths and a half bath.

Out back is where the days wind down. High Tide shares a generous patio with the home next door, built around a pool with shaded corners for anyone who's had enough sun and a hot tub for unwinding once the little ones are down. There's an outdoor pool table for friendly tournaments, grills fired up for the evening cookout, and beach chairs by the door for the short walk to the water.

And that water is the whole point. You're a short stroll from the sugar-white sand of Panama City Beach, on the calmer east end where the Gulf of Mexico and the Grand Lagoon nearly meet. St. Andrews State Park sits just down the road, with nature trails, calm-water swimming, and the ferry out to Shell Island — an undeveloped barrier island where spotting dolphins on the crossing is half the fun. The Grand Lagoon marinas put fishing charters, dolphin tours, and boat rentals within easy reach, and the shops, restaurants, and family attractions around Pier Park are an easy drive west down the beach. Whether the plan is a full day in the surf or a slow morning by the pool, High Tide gives you the space to do it your way.

- Exterior Security Cameras: For the safety and security of all guests, this property has exterior security cameras. These are located outside the home and monitor outdoor areas only — there are no cameras inside either unit or in any private spaces. Cameras are not located in areas where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
