Nice Property!

The condo was nice and very clean. Everything was in working order and as described in the listing. The views from the balcony were beautiful! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because of the elevator situation. It’s very confusing and there are multiple elevators one has to take to get to the condo. We had it pretty well figured out by the end of our second day. I just wish it had been a little simpler.

Fall Fun

Our stay was great only complaints I have was not enough towels and wash clothes, I did have go buy some which is our choice. The cookware was very used and hard to cook with. Other than that it great location and everyone was comfortable! I’d would stay again for sure!

Perfect Getaway

What a great spot for my husband’s bday weekend. The condo was clean, comfy and had a spectacular view. Christine was spot on for ensuring everything we needed was taken care of and quick to answer all messages. We definitely would return to this location. Thanks for being a phenomenal host!!

We had a great week. The condo was well appointed and Christine was easy to work with. She communicated well and offered suggestions for various activities. This was our first time staying at Emerald Beach and it was a bit confusing to navigate at first. Great time!

Excellent condo!

The condo had everything that you would need to for a nice day at the beach. It was convenient to everything and the elevators were fast (if you’ve ever stayed in a high rise condo before, you know this is a big deal!) Christine was great about communicating with us and made sure we had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable and the living area was spacious. We will definitely stay there again.

Review

Overall it was a good stay. We was there for the world series. We like destin better. The room was decent. It had a missing smoke detector, broken toilet paper and towel holder in the bathroom. That's small stuff but I will say the only thing I was super disappointed in is I found a cockroach in the bathroom. I can only imagine how hard a place that size would be to maintain but yuck.

Excellent!

Great location with a semi private beach away from other tourists. Super close to other attractions in PCB. 16th floor is ideal for views of the ocean and especially the sunset. The unit was perfect. The kitchen had eventing we needed to make meals for our family of six for the whole week. Plus the beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys made it easy for us to hit the beach while leaving our own stuff back at home. The owner was super responsive when we had questions during the stay. Check out the authentic Mexican restaurant and home made ice cream shop across the street too! Spring breakers were a bit noisy when we arrived in mid afternoon, but things quieted down nicely by the time our little ones went to bed.

My Birthday weekend🍰

Condo 1628 was everything! Clean, well equipped, perfect view for miles!everyone agree on seafood for dinner we walked a cross the street to a place call Local Steamer seafood market, we order the seafood boil it was the most freshest delicious seafood that I've had in a long time, the manager is name Christine she kept in contact with me letting me know there were opening if I wanted to come early or stay longer,Christine knew I was coming to celebrate my birthday, when i open the door to the condo there was a Beautiful happy birthday banner!! I was so surprised! And she also sent me a pic of the veiw! so when i vacation, are celebrate in PC! I will stay at Emerald Beach Resort condo # 1628, and Christine is my new best friend!!!

Spring break with my 16 year old and 3 of his friends.

Excellent! Christine was awesome! Seriously in the tons of rentals I’ve stayed in, never was the host this great! She got us in early the day we got there, after driving all night from Michigan. Checked in on us periodically throughout the stay. To see if we needed anything. Beach towels were a huge plus. I hate packing towels. Condo stocked with every necessity. The only thing that was unfortunate, and wasn’t on the host or property owner, was that they were doing maintenance on the beach side pool, during spring break. (Bad on their part). We were with a group of 32, overall 7 condos rented from that property, we all said, it would’ve been nice to go up to the pool/tiki bar for a specialty drink. However, the pool on the other side was nice/available. Thank you, Christine:)
