Then condo is amazing. Loved this condo. We Loved every moment of our stay. Updated and very clean. Beds very comfortable and kitchen very well stocked. Had everything we needed for a perfect weekend. Loved the balcony for coffee and sunrise and then drinks after dinner for sunsets. Carillon is truly a hidden gem. This condo is the best we have ever stayed in Carillon.

We loved the location and the beautiful decor. It was a simple walk to the beach surrounded by 1,000,000 homes and we had easy access to places we wanted to go. We hope to stay again.

10/10 Pirate Song feels like home, we enjoyed our stay here so much. Walking to the beach was a breeze, and we enjoyed being so close to live music and the yummy pizza downstairs. We can't wait to come back!

My husband and I stayed in this condo for four nights. Carillon is one of our favorite places to vacation, but this was our first time staying in this condo. It was everything we expected it to be based on the listing. The condo was clean and comfortable. There was even a slight view of the ocean, which we were not expecting! We really enjoyed our stay, and we have plans to return again!

Beach Getaway

My husband and I love staying at Carillon Beach and our stay at Pirate Song was great! It was nice being so close to all the shops/restaurants and the walk to the beach was very easy. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Sweet “Pirate Song”

This condo was such a delightful spot to enjoy our time away from the cold weather up North. The decor, amenities, and location was all top notch. Could not have been more pleased with it. Highly recommend !!

Great location!

The location of this property was perfect! We loved the pizza shop and my husband utilized the coffee shop every day of our trip. The beach was only a short walk away. Property manager was responsive and made the check in/out process super easy We would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

Wonderful condo and host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was perfect! Everything we needed was there as it is very well stocked. My daughter and I were there for a wedding, and the location of this condo was perfect for all of the wedding festivities throughout the weekend. The host was amazing!! So friendly and very accommodating! I’ll definitely be back!

Loved our stay at Carillon Beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo in Carillon Beach. Check in was easy and communication with the owners was smooth. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach and the pool(s). Pizza place right below was very good and the cafe right below was great for breakfast! Quick 5 minute drive to Rosemary beach. Will definitely be back!

Cute & clean condo

The condo is very clean, comfortable king sized bed & the queen pullout was the most comfortable pullout mattress we’ve ever slept on. The kitchen was well stocked with all needed cookware. The patio is nice sized. The only thing that I wasn’t able to use was the grill on the patio, it’s an older electric George Foreman and was fairly dirty as it looks like it hadn’t been used in some time, which worked out ok since I had a full stove inside. Very easy walk to the beach. Would highly recommend.

It was great for our family.

My husband, me, 14 year old daughter and 9 year old son spent the week at Pirate Song last week. We thoroughly enjoyed it. It is in a great location with many amenities. The condo is very well stocked and prepared for the guests. The owners are a text away and kept in communication. Everything was very clean upon our arrival. We hope to stay at Pirate Song again.

Fantastic stay!!

My husband and I had an amazing time in your condo! Everything we needed was there. The balcony is huge and so beautiful to sit on at night or have breakfast on in the mornings! The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes. We did use the wagon. We fit a cooler, umbrella and a bag in it and we carried our chairs. If you need to be able to fit more items I recommend bringing a larger wagon! The condo is close enough to Panama City Beach & all the small towns on 30A so you can get the best of both! We can’t wait to come back to Pirate Song on our next trip to the area!

Pirate Song is GREAT!

This condo is in a wonderful location in Carillon. Check-in was easy and communication with the hosts was effortless. The unit was clean, comfortable and quiet. We loved walking to the coffee shop and the pizza place on Market Street, just below this condo. We drove to Rosemary for dinner at LaCrema. It only takes 10 minutes to get there. Definitely worth the drive to have an early dinner and walk around Rosemary. We will definitely book Pirate Song again when we return to this magical "Village by the Sea."

Wonderful!

This condo is absolute perfection for a getaway to the beach. It’s so bright and airy-the balcony was huge and a perfect place to sit and enjoy live music nearby under the palm trees. Carillon is such a special place-I almost don’t want people to find out about it. Close enough to Rosemary(my son walked) but totally away from the crowds. You really could never leave the property grounds-great restaurants and shops! Stop at the grocery store(right across the main road) and never leave! The hosts were amazing, too. So friendly and accommodating! Will be back soon!

A Gem Of A Property!

What a fabulous rental property! We were quite impressed with so many things about this unit! The condo is located on the third (top) floor of the building but, not to worry, access is easy with an elevator. The main level of the unit includes a closet that houses a quality, stackable Frigidaire washer and dryer. The kitchen was particularly impressive as it is extremely well-appointed with high quality, up-to-date appliances, dishware, cookware and utensils. These provided all the conveniences of home. A nice, roomy half-bath is also located on the main floor. The living room and dining area are also thoughtfully furnished. The chairs and pullout couch were comfortable and clean. The walkout balcony is one of the stellar features of the condo. The balcony is spacious and is also well-furnished with a table and chair set that has an umbrella, lounge chairs and an electric grill. The balcony affords a fabulous view of the quiet, marketplace on the street-level below, as well as the lake and the adjoining, upscale beach home community. This condo is located just a short 5 minute walk away from the beach. Condo guests have use of the beach and access to the three pools that are found in the beach, two of which are heated. A very roomy and well furnished bedroom is located on upper level. The king size bed is very comfortable and the full sized bath is well laid out. The owners have installed plantation shutters which are typical of the quality items found throughout!

Nice small spot

Overall this place is good. It is small, but just big enough for my wife and 2 small children. Everything is around the corner. Grocery stores, cvs, beer stores. There are great restaurants down Rosemary where my family and I mostly ate. George’s, Laco, and Shades are our favorite and only a 3 min drive from this location. The beach access is located in nice area. It’s a solid 5-10 min walk if you have small children like us. We ended up renting a golf cart which was a major key. It was about $350 for three days to do that. They do offer bikes, but it was just to difficult for us since we had to carry stuff down to the beach. Bikes are not very well serviced. Low tires, bad brakes, handle bars not tighten. Not entirely unsatisfied there, but they just need more TLC in than department. This place is priced pretty good for the location it’s in. Great place to relax HOWEVER, right now there is just to much construction around the building. (10/1-10/5 were our dates of stay) couldn’t eat breakfast outside cause there was just to much machinery. Parking spaces were limited due to wood and building materials on the ground. Painters were painting, landscapers fixing and moving dirt, and next building is being remodeled. Give it time and this place will be better for future stayers. 4/5 stay 5/5 once all the construction is done.
