  • Imagine sitting on the largest Gulf Front balconies in PCB with breathtaking sunset views . 3 Bedroom/ 3 bath. Amazing beach decor. Heated pool & hot tub. Ocean Ritz is a low-density building with only 63 condos/21 floors (3 condos per floor). Two brand-new elevators that are the fastest on the beach. Everything to make your vacation stay more relaxing! Centrally located - away from the crowds of Pier Park, but easy to get to everything.

    This condo is under new Property Management (PM). The new PM has similar properties that all have all 4 and 5 Star reviews. Happy to answer any questions...you will not be disappointed!
