In the heart of Panama City Beach is located this lovely 2-bedroom getaway with 2 queen beds upstairs, one king bed and a sofa sleeper down. Nestled just a 5 minute walk from the stunning Panama City Beaches, this property offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. SUMMER MONTHS require 5 plus days booking

As a traveler, you'll delight in the abundance of amenities that await. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the outdoor pools (4) or unwind in the soothing hot tub, or a game of putt-putt or tennis on the premises. Stay connected with the complimentary WiFi, and take advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer. RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIRED and the minimum age to rent unit is 23. HOA REQUIRES WRISTBANDS ($20/ea) be purchased at the office by guests. One required parking pass included in rental. Should an additional pass be needed, it can be purchased in the office as well. Beach chairs, water boards, sand buckets, etc are supplied with the unit.

The property was great other than it being listed as a 3 bedroom and only actually being a 2 bedroom with a pullout bed one living room. Owner was very responsive when I reached out about issues I was having. Even refunded $50 for an inconvenience. Overall I would rent again.
