🏘️ PROMINENCE COMMUNITY~
- 2 resort-style pools with loungers and outdoor grilling and dining areas. The North pool is zero-entry and heated March 1–April 30, October 1–November 30, and December 21–31.
- The Big Chill, right across the street: movie nights, DJ family dance parties, face painting, yoga, shopping, ice cream, and great restaurants. Perfect for nights when you don't want to go far after a long beach day!

📍 BEACH ACCESS OPTIONS~
- Deer Lake State Park (closest): About 5 min by golf cart or bike, heading west on 30A. 50 parking spots, restrooms, and dining pavilions with charcoal grills. The boardwalk is about a quarter mile long. $3 per vehicle, paid in cash on site or reserved in advance. Note: the gate closes at 6 PM.

- Gulf Lakes: Best by bike, about 6–7 min east on the pedestrian path along the south side of 30A. Note: "No Parking" signs prohibit golf cart parking on the south shoulder from Gulf Lakes and Pelican Circle to Camp Creek Lake. - Seabreeze: About a 4 min drive. Park on the north shoulder of 30A, closer to the entry, and use the nearby crosswalk.

- Walton Dunes (our favorite!): About 10 min west by golf cart. Public lot about 100 yards from the entry (it's small, so arrive early), plus plenty of bike racks. No boardwalk or steps, so you can walk straight onto the sand, making it easy to drop off people and gear before parking.

- Inlet Beach Regional Access: About 15 min by car. Ample parking, lifeguards, and restrooms. Not reachable by golf cart due to the distance and cart restrictions in Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and on Highway 98.

✏️ GOOD TO KNOW~
- Parking is available in the driveway for 1 vehicle at the townhome directly in front of the garage door. There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Pool heat: The North pool is heated March 1–April 30, October 1–November 30, and December 21–31. The pools are not heated outside of these dates.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
