You'll spend your vacation in style at this polished, gulf-front suite where you'll be treated to lovely furnishings, stainless steel appliances, and incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico below.

A stroll on the beach, basking in the sun, and shopping nearby are all options at Happy Daze @ Tidewater. This 17th floor beach-facing premium condo means you'll have one of the most stunning views at the beach.

Happy Daze is a two bedroom condo featuring elegant colors and decor with full amenities at your fingertips. A king sized bed overlooks a stunning water view with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two queen beds, and a sleeper sofa is also available for guests. Enjoy the amazing Gulf and a long stretch of beach to the east and west from our private balcony. Inside, you'll find a spacious living area with entertainment, Wifi, a full kitchen, dining area, and in-condo washer and dryer.

Occupancy is 6 but allowances may be made for young children/babies. Please message us with your request.

At Tidewater, you'll enjoy 2 outdoor lagoon pools, an indoor heated pool, game room, Roman spa, sauna, hot tubs, outdoor grills, a restaurant with delivery service, tiki bar, Starbucks, Daiquiri bar, 4300 sqft gulf-front fitness center, full movie theater, beach service, gift shop, and more.

One of the top reasons to stay at Tidewater: its location simply cannot be beaten: just west of Pier Park along Front Beach Rd. Forget trying to park in this popular location! It's just a short stroll to dining and activities.

Note that Tidewater is a smoke-free facility. Smoking of any kind on the property will incur a $300 fee.

Pets/ESA are not allowed, and the minimum age to rent is 25.

Guests must preregister before arrival and pay the $48 registration fee (or register onsite for a $58 fee. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles.

Everything was as pictured. Spacious condo, good amenities, comfortable, clean. Plenty of beach gear. Communication with owner was frequent and helpful.You may see in other reviews that the elevators in this building are slow. Tis definitely the case, but with a little planning it is manageable.Would recommend this rental for families.

Beautiful getaway

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Happy Daze Tidewater beach resort. Everything we could have needed and some was there at our disposal. Pat was always just a text away and was happy to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. The only issue we had during our week long stay were long waits for the elevator at rush times. The condo and resort facilities were wonderful. Thank you and hope to stay again in the future!!

My happy place

Vacationing at The TW resort was absolutely worth it, but what made it better was renting from Dr. Pat. She made our trip effortless. We loved everything about the unit. It is extremely clean and updated as well. We will definitely be back to TW and especially anything Dr. Pat has to rent.

An Excellent Experience at Happy Daze

The Happy Daze condo had a warm, relaxing feel with a gorgeous view of the water. The condo unit is very spacious and very clean. We found everything to be as it was stated in the description. Dr. Pat quickly answered all of our questions before our stay. She also initiated contact and kept us well informed when there was an electrical and water issue affecting the building. It only lasted a short time but we were able to share her comments with the other 5 families staying in different units on the property as their owners had not reached out to them. We would highly recommend considering this unit at Tidewater.
