*Balconies will be inaccessible at times, and balcony furniture will be moved into units during this work.

High Pointe Resort is a gated-community on 30A, nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach. For 15+ years guests’ have been returning to the calming, amenity-rich 15-acre complex experienced upon entering the community. The 6,000 sq. ft. lagoon pool with waterfalls, a kiddie pool and hot tub are a huge draw; as well tennis courts, golf practice net, shuffle board courts, barbeque grills, and the crowned jewel, Crabby Steve’s gulf-front Bar and Grill, which allows guests to enjoy lunch, dinner or Rhonda’s famous drinks right on-site with complimentary sunset views every day.

This Gulf-front unit has been fully renovated from top to bottom in a five-month renovation, completed in April 2019, and includes many custom upgrades and interior designer finishes. The white walls and bead board ceilings provide a calming, clean environment; all the while the custom coffee nook and stand-alone ice maker are added conveniences for guests. During renovations guests’ convenience was at the forefront; featuring new furnishings, flooring, lighting, bathrooms, custom mirrors and bedding, USB power ports, and large Smart TVs. Artwork, including the Parisian-artist painting on theater paper of the resident Tropical “Touc” Toucan, give the condo an updated, elegant atmosphere. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest room includes two queen beds. A full-size washer and dryer with custom-designed doors for quiet laundering is located in the kitchen.

The emerald green, blue and white decor draw the colors of the Gulf right in to the kitchen, dining area, living area and master bedroom. The view is majestic; guests feel as if they are right on the beach without ever leaving, with the help of the dining and sitting areas on the balcony. They enjoy the best seat in the house for sunset views!

Walking, shopping, or dining at over 20 nearby restaurants in Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and Villages of Seacrest are also a plus. Favorite restaurants at Rosemary Beach (.03 miles/2 blocks) include Pescados, Havana Beach and Grill at The Pearl Hotel, La Crema, Edwards, Wild Olives and more. Kids enjoy walks or bike rides to Sugar Shack as a vacation tradition. Alys beach also offers fabulous restaurants, including George’s, Caliza and Fontville Press, and world-class shopping too. 24W offers a calm, relaxing space to escape, while High Pointe Resort and establishments nearby offer more than guests could ever experience during their stay, which is why so many return year after year.
