Gulfgate 311 Budget Friendly 2 bed - 2 bath condo at Gulfgate Condominiums. The condominiums at Gulfgate are among the most spacious and beach-accessible in Panama City Beach! Located directly on the Gulf, you are literally steps from the sand. Gulfgate is located Gulf Ocean Front on Surf Drive. Come stay on the desirable East end of Panama City Beach, just off Thomas Drive, and close to St. Andrew's State Park! Gulfgate is one of Panama City Beach's unique low rise condominiums. Unit 311 has breathtaking views and is just steps away from the beach.

There is a king bed in the master bedroom and the guest bedroom has two twin size beds. For extra guest, there is a sleeper sofa in the Living area. The two bathrooms are generous in size with tub/shower combos. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the condo. The balcony offers you a million dollar view of the Gulf. It is the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico!

Gulfgate is close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, amusement parks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All within a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Gulfgate have numerous amenities : Internet/WiFi, private beach access, swimming pool and grilling area!

Vacation stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. It was my two year old grandsons first visit to the beach and he really enjoyed it.

Cute condo right on the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very cute condo on the 3rd floor. Plenty of counter space in kitchen. Pull out couch great for the kiddos. Perfect view of the beach. Quite area of PCB. The beach was not crowded at all. Barely had to wait on the elevator. Would definitely stay here again. The only problem we had was the master bedroom stayed way hotter than the rest of the condo. We just used a fan.
