About this property

Gulf Views from your 2 private balconies!

  • Escape to our spacious 1200+ sq. ft condo featuring 2 bedrooms with king beds (including a loft), 1.5 bathrooms, and 2 gulf-view balconies. Situated at the front of Horizon South community, it's a quick 5-minute walk to the beach or you can enjoy the 4 pools, tennis courts, hot tub, mini-golf, or basketball court on-site! With proximity to dining, shopping, Pier Park, Camp Helen State Park, and Frank Brown Park, an incredible vacation experience awaits!

    Some additional details about our condo and community. We are in a 3 story building that does not have an elevator so you will need to walk up two flights of stairs to get to our condo. Also, as many other communities do in PCB, guests must purchase wristbands for guests to access amenities, regardless of whether they plan to use them or not. These wristbands cost a one-time fee of $20 per person. Additionally, a mandatory parking pass priced at $25 is required for all guests.
