9th Floor Private Gulf View & a Walk to the Beach! 5 Resort Pools + Hot Tubs!

Enjoy Panama City Beach from this 9th floor beach condo featuring a gorgeous view of the Emerald Coastline! The beach is mere steps away using Laketown Wharf's private beach access.

Located in the heart of PCB there are endless dining, shopping, and entertainment options around every corner. Or stay put and relax using the resort's wide array of amenities including four pools, two hot tubs, children's splash pad pool, putting green, fitness center, and nightly water lights show on the lake.


There is a one time resort fee due before check-in of ~$78. This is paid straight to the resort.

When you book you will receive a URL to enter your trip information and pay this fee. Wristbands will be in the condo when you arrive, but will only be activated by Laketown Wharf if this fee has been paid. You also receive up to two parking passes good for either garage for the duration of your stay.

The wristbands MUST be left in the condo upon checkout. There is a $25 fee for each missing wristband (This is what we are charged to buy a new one in the case of one being lost). We appreciate your care and understanding with this.

Our stay at Lake Wharf was absolutely perfect! The host was extremely accommodating and kept great communication with us throughout. They went above and beyond by providing everything we could need for the beach—chairs, umbrellas, a tent, sand toys, and more. The place was spotless, and the view of the beach was breathtaking. Truly the perfect getaway—we can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed the condo very much. It was beautiful and spacious. We loved how close to it is to the beach and walking distance to stores. The only issue we had was the elevators. The elevator in the parking garage didnt work our entore stay and a few of the elevators were out of service to get to our floor. The elevators were very small. The condo it was was lovely.

Will not return

Owners of the condo were responsive to emails and also arranged quickly to have cleaning service when we reaced out with concerns. Condo cleaniness is medicore and in need off total repainting. Panama City Beach is very nice. The Lakeshore Wharf is very outdated and run down. The staff are respectful and the eateries on the premise are good. However, we only found 5 elevators for a complex that has 21 floors. The wait time for an elevator was absolutely awful which made us not want to leave our condo. In addition, the last day of our stay all the elevators stopped working. We would not return to this comples. The location is congested.
