Located on the quieter West End of Panama City Beach, away from the huge maddening crowds, yet very convenient to everything you need for a wonderful, relaxing & fun vacation.
Exciting PIER PARK is less than a mile away and has something for everyone with excellent dining, night life & shopping. Occasionally see fireworks displays from deck & balconies...and sea gulls/pelicans and Dolphins playing in our "backyard". Winn Dixie, CVS, popular neighborhood pubs & great eateries are a short walking distance away...so you won't have to spend valuable vacation time tied up in Stop & Go traffic or waiting on elevators!
Enjoy a very spacious vacation unit with open living/dining area; so room for everyone to relax and unwind...Not a cramped up Condo.
The well-stocked kitchen has beautiful granite counters, custom cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. A gas grill is also provided.
A half bath and laundry room with washer/dryer is on the main floor. Upstairs has two bedrooms, each with a connecting private bath. Listen to "beach music" in the spacious gulf front master that has a super-comfortable King bed, with Premium Luxe mattress/soft sheets & HD TV.
The second bedroom also has same high-end Queen mattress/bed & HD TV.
Sugar Sandy Beach is only steps away from our large beachside deck which has a Latched-Gate for added safety (kids & doggies)! Your four-legged family member is welcome to join you...given house broken, well-behaved, and well-groomed!!!
Our Housekeepers are Second-to-None who actually Clean Corners, not Cut them!

This was a great place to stay for a week! Very clean, well-stocked, great communication with owners, and I would highly recommend! Fantastic location that is convenient to everything. Pet friendly which we also needed and appreciated. We will look to stay here again!

Fall Break Getaway

This property was a perfect location for our little getaway with my elderly in-laws. The parking space is right in front of the door to the condo. The deck outside provides a large space to sit out and enjoy the ocean and beach. The walk to access the beach is very short and easy to navigate. The owners were easy to communicate with as needed.

Beach Family Vacation

It was really peaceful and relaxing just to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves! We enjoyed our days and evenings on the beach! The owners provided beach toys, chairs, etc. for the kids. They truly thought of everything down to coolers and a small speaker to take to the beach.

We really enjoyed the Townhouse and the abundant amenities. The accommodations were comfortable, well decorated and all the amenities were in perfect working condition. Wonderful Townhouse right on the Beach

Nice and clean, just the right size for our family of 6 and our mini-dachshund. Location is close to Pier Park. Already made next years reservation. Can't wait to go back.

Total Relaxation Paradise

This condo was a perfect home away from home with tiny touches that made an automatic relaxing and a stress-free stay! Woke up and went to sleep with the sound of waves. This is second year staying at this property. Love the location. On the quieter west end. Townhouse had everything we needed. Winn Dixie right across the street. Best part is the large deck & steps away from the beach. We will be back!

Always have a great time here. Perfect peace and quiet especially this time of year. Our dogs become beach pups overnight. They like the beach life too! And can’t say enough good things about Mary!!

Location was great! Best parts were pulling right up to the townhouse and not having to lug luggage, groceries etc. though a parking lot/garage and not having to share beach front with everyone from the massive condos.
