Top of the Gulf is an established 8 story complex

Enjoy a front row beach view in our newly renovated ground floor studio condo, no elevator, and steps away from the beach.   Condo has one bathroom with full sized tub/shower, custom-made king-sized bed, queen sleeper sofa, beach view on bar height dining table, new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, fully stocked kitchen, walk in closet, coffee bar, 50" smart TV, cable and wifi provided by association.  Relax in the bar height patio chairs on the attached patio.

Top of the Gulf offers an on-site seasonal snack bar with a roof top patio for dining, cocktails, and spectacular sunsets.

Your reservation includes one set of complimentary beach chairs and umbrella set up during months of March through October

We are within walking distance of Signal Hill Golf Course, family fun activities, and restaurants.  Thomas Drive offers pontoon boat rentals, Sea Screamer Dolphin Excursion, fishing charter rentals, St Andrew's State Park, where you can hop on a shuttle to Shell Island, Dolphin cruises and more.

One-time resort fee is required per stay, $30.00, paid to resort upon arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Panama City Beach! The unit was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything but still on a quiet stretch of beach, which made it perfect for relaxing. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, and check-in was smooth and easy. We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we visit PCB!

Get Away Weekend

The property is everything it claimed to be in the listing. It has a great view of the ocean and is within walking distance to the beach. Perfect for a couple’s getaway. This was our second visit, and we are already planning future stays.

Love the beach

We loved our stay so much that we plan to only stay in the same condo each time we go from now on. It was so cozy and the decor was so beautiful. The mattress and the pillows on the bed were amazing and comfortable and thats always a plus with me. The staff and owner were amazing and everything was so clean. We cant wait to visit again.

Loved the stay at Top of the Gulf. It is a very nice condominium with great beach access. It is within 5 minutes of anything you need. Very clean, great pool and the condo I stayed in was perfect for me!

Anniversary Get Away

We had never been to Panama Beach. It was a spare of the moment get away and we lucked out on finding this cozy little place to stay. Great view of the beach and close to the pool. Every thing was very clean, updated, nicely decorated and just made it so easy to relax. Hammerheads had the best charbroiled oysters.

Upscale Luxury Cottage Atmosphere!

The condo was a dream! The bed was so comfortable and everything was as clean as a whistle! The shell collection and other beautiful collectibles added a touch of luxury and we felt very pampered in the upscale luxury cottage atmosphere. Communication was prompt and helpful. Excellent Couples Retreat!

This property is definitely a must see! Had a blast, its right on the beach and a block away from all the restaurants and walmart. Condo was very beautiful and very clean. The only downside was the size of the unit, but for a weekend getaway it is definitely a top notch stay! The owner Pamala was great at answering questions and very informative. Very professional and welcoming!

Absolutely Beautiful Studio

This is the cutest beachfront studio I have ever seen. It looks exactly like the pictures and was spotless! The beach is just steps away and it’s close to tons of restaurants and shops. It was perfect for my husband and I. Ms. Pamela had everything you could ever need in the condo. She was great to work with from start to finish. We had to cut our vacation short unfortunately because of Hurricane Helene but we will definitely be back!

Another Gorgeous Gulf stay

The condo was beautiful, clean and cozy. The shell decor was stunning. Most first floor condo's have a little bit of sand/dust in the room- but this room was spotless! The bed was incredibly comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. We had an issue with figuring out the door code, but the host came out and helped us right away. The communication was top tier. Thank you for another gorgeous stay!!

Beautifully updated Oceanfront Getaway

If you are looking for an amazing place to stay, this beautifully updated efficiency is the place for you. Pamela has completely updated this place and it is absolutely stunning. We loved that it was on the ground floor, as we could just walk out the sliding door to the beach. There are a few bar height chairs outside on the patio where we enjoyed our morning coffee listening to the ocean waves. The King size bed was super comfortable and had a nice updated comforter and pillows. I would give this five stars for sure. Pamela is a great host and has done an awesome job decorating this place. Don't hesitate to book this place. All the reviews were 5 star, and now I can see why.
