Great Beach House

  • Completely re-modeled! Colors are calm, every piece is placed just right! Everything is new!
    Each room has a T.V.
    First floor bedroom has a queen bed and a love seat that pulls out into a twin bed. Great for a couple and young child!
    master bedroom is upstairs with huge walk in shower and king size bed. So much room!
    3rd bedroom is down the hall from master and has a queen bed and full size bed and their own bath!
    living-dining combo
    sit in living room on couch-look at the ocean! It is right there!
    No crowds and feels like it's your own private beach!
    has a deck off of the living room and one is off of the master bedroom
    garage has places for 2 cars-one inside garage and one in back of that car
    walk down a boardwalk to the properties pool!
    The West End is a great quiet place! Close to 30A. Take a ride to the scenic 30A and visit the small quaint town and take a ride to Seaside.
    Shopping is 5 minutes away. Publix-Winn-Dixie-Dunkin Donuts-Thomas donuts, etc. Pier Park is 15 minutes away.
    A day in Destin-go to outlet mall. One hour to Destin!
    Deep sea fishing is 30 minutes away!
    You will want to return every year to this magical property!

Perfect beach stay.

Townhome was perfect for our group. Comfy beds, great kitchen for the space and the garage was a big plus. Easy beach access. I would definitely stay here again.

June Beach Trip

We enjoyed our stay very much. The complex has a private walkway onto the beach. Unit had plenty of beach gear to use (umbrellas, seats, umbrellas, etc...). Property manager was easy to reach and responsive. Building exterior is aged, but the inside of the unit was very clean, neat, and looks to have been recently remodeled.

Perfect location on the beach

The property is lovely right on the beach! The exterior of the property is in need of maintenance. Rotting wood and missing paint all along the buildings. None of the outside lights worked on this unit. The parking is quite tight as vehicles are much larger now than when this was built. The interior has been updated and was quite comfortable. It needed some basic upkeep. Overall we enjoyed the stay.
