This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 11th floor Grandview East unit is the perfect choice for your next trip to the Emerald Coast with 1559 square feet of Gulf FRONT living space! This beautifully decorated, beach front 3BR/2BA condo is located on the 11th floor, boasting spectacular views from the comfort of your living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. This unit features tile and hardwood floors throughout the unit, upscale decor, granite counter tops, 3 large flat screen TV's, and a full washer/dryer for your convenience. Relax and enjoy your favorite beverage on your private balcony, taking in the view of the white sand beach as you watch the waves crash against the shore. You will find a King bed in the master, and queen beds in the second and third bedrooms, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Grandview East is a fabulous 17 story boutique complex with just over 60 units in the entire building, which means an uncrowded beach for you! Amenities include a Gulf Front pool, fitness center, and easy beach access. You can relax in your comfortable room or spend time on the beach soaking up the natural beauty. Grandview East has also provided a wheelchair ramp to the beach along with a wheelchair accessible mat that leads directly into the sand from the beach boardwalk. Grandview East is currently the only building in Panama City Beach to offer RECENTLY UPGRADED High Speed Internet to the pool and beach, so you can enjoy the beach while working and learning remotely!   • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Great Location!

Condo met all of our expectations and more! Very clean, the beach rental chairs was a plus, and the location is in the center of everything!! You can walk to several places or get there within a 4 min drive. Any questions I had was received with a prompt response. As someone who has stayed at many beach rentals, I'd say this one is a top fav.

HIGHLY recommend…Amazing sunset views, Military helicopters/jets fly by, very cool to see/hear. Superb Location: Walkable restaurants and bars, a short drive to anything but away from the hustle/bustle. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, heated pool, all the necessities in the gym for a good workout, morning walks on the beach, lunch hour poolside and has fast internet speeds. Perfect home away from home for working, vacationing or just to relax.

A Grand Time

The Condo was very well kept, clean all furnishings and decor was up to date and modern. The view is Breathtaking!!! The host was very nice and quickly responded to questions. Hope to book with Host next year.

This condo was above and beyond expectations. The pictures did not give this home justice. We are a family of 5, and this condo gave us all our own space. The master suite was HUGE with a massive bathroom! The beds were so comfortable andout of hot water.. I

The condo was very clean & had everything we needed. We were worried with it being summer we’d have trouble with elevators but we never waited long, if at all. The host was very helpful & responded quickly when I had a question. The bed in the master was so comfortable too(bonus). The view was breathtaking and the balcony was very spacious. 10/10

Final Summer Family Vaca

This property was all that and then some!!! My family and I thuroughly enjoyed this property! The condo was spacious and the views were incredible! My kids are both older so it was nice that we all had our own rooms. James was extremely receptive to all of my inquiries. We will absolutley be back!

Grand view

The view was amazing the condo was worth it. There was a few things I would fix. The air only going down to 68 with a heat advisory and it’s being 100 every day it was hot in the room. It was so hot at night time we took showers in the middle of the night to cool down. There is mold all over the furniture outside and all over the door. My family is allergic to mold so they couldn enjoy being outside watching the ocean which that was a bummer that’s why we got this condo. Lastly the neighbors was smoking outside so again couldn enjoy being outside that’s why we got a smoke free condo. Oh yes don’t forget the dogs that barked all night long as well. Other than that it was a great week

My family enjoyed our stay. This condo was beautiful. It has plenty of space with three bedrooms. The master bed which I slept in was spacious with spectacular ocean views. This condo is worth your money. TOP NOTCH CONDO. I would definitely stay here again.

Stay was good. Only issue has was when we arrived the sheets in the master bedroom and to be removed and washed because there was something all over them and they were still wrinkled like they were slept in.

Grand View from Grandview East

The condo is nice and clean. It’s nicely decorated and easily accessible. The balcony was a perfect place to watch the ocean! Getting to the beach was pretty easy. The elevators were usually pretty easy to use without much waiting. The staff around the building were pleasant and helpful. Management was quick to respond and very helpful if we needed them.

Great property right on the beach. When we got to the property we realized our parking passes were not on the counter in the unit. I talked to the attendant on site and he actually wrote us some temporary passes while I contacted the property manager. James called me back quickly and got the issue resolved. We had no other issues beyond that small inconvenience. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Place!!!!

Pictures of property were very accurate, wonderful spacious condo, excellent beach views, literally takes less than 2 minutes to be on the beach from the condo. We had more than enough room for 5 adults, very comfortable beds, clean and overall welcoming to the renters. We will definitely rent again!
