· The beautiful open kitchen comes overstocked for the most demanding chef, with everything you could ever ask for to prepare your next family meal, and more than one of each! New Samsung Convection Oven, microwave, and Maytag dishwasher installed 11/2023.  Large island for gathering around that opens into the dining area featuring a beautiful new dining table and chairs that seat 8.

· New 65-inch smart Fire TV with Sonos soundbar and subwoofer in living room. New 50-inch smart TVs in both bedrooms! Free clothes washer and dryer in the unit.

· Oversized private balcony overlooking the pool and the beach accessible from the main living area and a 2nd access from the master suite. What a great place for your morning coffee and to unwind at the end of the day and watch the sun sink into the gulf behind the pier!  All new Polywood  patio furniture 1/2023!

· Beach wagon, four beach chairs, umbrella, and various beach toys provided for your beach going pleasure.  These are in the unlocked owner's closet in the unit and this is not beach service. 



· The beds throughout are top-notch. All new platform beds with all new high-quality memory foam cooling gel mattresses for both bedrooms, the bunk beds, AND the queen sleeper sofa.  



· Check out the new master bath tile and hardware January 2025!

·  The parking garage is also elevator served and parking is $55 for one car for your entire stay and an extra $35 for a 2nd vehicle.  Wide doorways, and every level elevator-served.



· Up to two dogs,  up to 25 lbs allowed.  No dangerous breeds allowed.  Must pre-register with the resort.  The resort will collect $50 per dog at registration for up to 7 days.  Each additional day is $5.00.  Registration link provided after booking.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Friends Birthday Trip

Easy check in/check out process. The property is located in a central PCB area with easy access to restaurants and shops. I think we caught the tail end of spring break so it was pretty busy, but overall a great visit and would stay again.

Just Book It!!!

We loved this amazing condo!! First time at PCB and we chose the absolutely most amazing place to stay. Chris the owner was so fast to respond and made sure everything was perfect when we arrived. This place and people are extremely dog friendly too. We had the best time here. You won’t regret staying here.

Wonderful time at The Grand Panama!

We had an incredible time in this unit, and the view of the beach was absolutely breathtaking, even on cloudy days. The owner, Chip, was exceptionally responsive and kept in touch with us every step of the way, both before and after our stay. We can’t wait for the opportunity to stay in this unit again when Chip hosts us!

Very spacious

We enjoyed our time here. So many accommodations such as chairs, sand toys, wagon, umbrellas, pots, pans, many dishes so we didn’t need a thing. Everything was clean and the check in was very easy.

Great mini-vacay location/stay!

Chip was easy to work with and communicative. We have rented many condos/houses for vacation throughout the years, and we must say this condo was one of the best equipped from the kitchen to little extras (such as ample shampoo/laundry detergent) to beach equipment, if needed. The condo was clean and comfortable with an incredible view. Highly recommend.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!!

Chip was very helpful in getting us accommodated!!! The views were absolutely gorgeous right on the beach and having all the amenities of the heated pool/hot tub was perfect! Also the condo was stocked with beach chairs, toys, and a WAGON so we didn't have to worry with bringing extra in the car!! The location is close to Pier Park so it made it easy to find things to do when it was raining :) Overall loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Wonderful Place for a Wonderful Time

This was the perfect time to go to PCB and the Grand Panama. It wasn't crowded, it was quiet, and we enjoyed the time spent resting and catching up. Chip was a great host, responding to texts and having everything ready. The condo was perfect for us, easy to get to, clean, and comfortable. We are marking this as some place to come again! Great views!

Nice apartment, great views! Would have preferred an exhaust fan in Master Bathroom - did not see one. Patio is perfect....has enough depth and width so that you can always find a spot that is comfortable. Great chairs with enough space to place a drink. Heated pool is great!

Grand Panama

The trip started out really rough. When we arrived there was a water leak in the master bathroom that impacted the condo below as well. We did not have hot water for a while due to the plumber not restarting the water heater. We were locked in the condo for several hours due to the lock malfunctioning. The parking was not great. However, the owner was quick to respond and take care of the issues. The condo was clean and well maintained. The location was great and was not overly crowded.

First off I’d like to say working with Chip booking this condo was one of if not the best experience I’ve had. He was very diligent and answered every question I had in a timely madder. The condo was great and had an awesome view. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. They also include a ton of stuff to take to the beach which obviously saves you a good amount of money. Overall the experience was great and we enjoyed our vacation. Returning to PCB I’ll only rent from chip in this condo.

Anniversary Celebration

Visiting my sister in Tallahassee from Atlanta we decided last minute to celebrate her 50th anniversary with a trip to the beach. We found this condo and it was beautifully furnished with the best view ever. The balcony was perfect for having champagne in the evening and coffee in the morning. We spotted dolphins in the Gulf and actually saw two Bald Eagles fly by. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms were comfortable. And plenty of room for five adults and a poodle. Would definitely return.

PERFECT (except the weather)

I could write a book, but won't. From the time I booked this unit, until checkout, the owner stayed in contact with me. We chose early check in. It was just a little get away for my 12 y/o granddaughter before school starts. This unit is huge, beautiful and equipped with anything you need for cooking and all local restaurants deliver as well. The view from this 20th floor condo is perfect. Brought my two little dogs with no extra fee. Appliances are brand new, beds were very comfortable and granddaughter was thrilled with the hallway bunk beds! Even had cable TV which is a rarity these days. Weather did not cooperate, but owner could not control that. We will return as soon as possible.

Labor Day

Location was great. The elevator system was not nearly big enough to accommodate such a large condo. It was slow and during checkin/check out hours we had to wait 4-5 times because they were completely full. The parking deck was very full with many of the spaces blocked off forcing you to park on different floors than the skybridge. The drains the rooms did not drain well. We alerted the condo manager/owner but never heard back. The front doorframe was in poor shape and in need of repair. The front room was missing the remote for the tv and the light on the outside of the room made the room bright all night even through the blinds. The balcony is shaped so there is very limited airflow even on windy days. It was too uncomfortable to sit outside. I love that they allow pets but it is a long walk to the “potty area” around back Easy access to the beach. Our family had a good time at the beach but will seek different accommodations in the future.
