18 hole mini golf (free). There is a beautiful lagoon winding through the complex.

Vacations by Fayla takes pride in providing family friendly, well maintained & enjoyable units.

NO PETS, NON SMOKING UNIT. (smoking inside or a smoke smell will forfeit your deposit) Must be 23years old to rent the unit.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Absolutely the BEST

We LOVED the townhouse. It has the perfect location. The large island pool is just off the back patio. The townhouse is even better than the pictures show. It was a wonderful vacation and I highly recommend this townhome to others. The kitchen is fully stocked and the gas grill on the rear patio is so convient. We will see you again soon.

Very Pleased

I've stayed at Gulf Highlands for many years and have stayed in at least five different town homes and I'd have to say this was the best one. Great location to the pools and beach. Town home was very cozy and well kept up. Décor was more up to date than those old sea shell and corral reefs. Owner was very quick to return calls (if she even missed them) and was very accommodating.

Beautiful Townhouse

We had a wonderful stay at Fayla’s townhouse. Pictures and descriptions online were exact. It was very clean and my kids didn’t think they would like anything but a hotel right on the beach. However, they are sold on this place. A five minute walk to the beach was nothing! We will be back! Thank you, Fayla!

AWESOME VACATION

My daughter & her friends stayed at Gulf Highlands the week of 21-28 Mar 2015. They absolutely loved the townhouse and thoroughly enjoyed their vacation in Panama City Beach, FL!! The townhouse was just purchased by the Gulf Highland owners prior to their stay. The unit was superbly decorated, and the location was absolutely perfect....close to the beach and local attractions as well as steps away from the pool!! The owners were very friendly, easy to work with & extremely accommodating! We look forward to renting this townhouse unit again for our next PCB getaway!! A+ Rating.... The townhouse was AMAZING!!

Perfect Vacation Place

Our family rented this home just a little over two weeks ago. It is wonderful. The pictures don't do it justice. The decor is beautiful. When we all walked in we were in awe of how nice the place is. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. There is a nice patio with a gas grill. Right beyond the patio is a beautiful large pool. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The beach is only about a 3 minute walk. It was so convenient to everything but yet it was such a quiet peaceful place. There is even a lagoon you can fish in. We played the putt putt golf that is free. It was cool playing it at night under the lights. We will be going back again for sure. I wish we could have stayed longer we didn't want to leave.

Weekend PCB Trip

We loved this condo! The pool was in our backyard, and just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and it was the perfect spot. This is our second year using Fayla and her properties, and I don’t think we will use anyone else!

Better than advertised

What a great location and great place. It was better than we expected. Comfortable beds. Quick 2-3 minute walk to the beach and the pool is right outside. We were surprised at how quite it was. A home away from home.

Pleasant and quaintness

I loved the fact we were close to everything...clean and nicely decorated...back patio door sticks a bit but that was good because our toddler is an excape artist. Double parking was a nice add as well. Could use more kitchen towels and dish cloths but we made due. Loved this place and would def stay again.

Really nice townhome

This was a particularly nice townhome very close to the beach, in a very secure community. A few steps to the very clean and well cared for pool. Private parking, large kitchen, very well laid out.

Moved to another condo but worked out

Due to flooding in another condo, we weren't able to stay in condo booked. We were put in a condo across the street which was very nice. Would definitely rent from Fayla again.

Perfect for any family looking to enjoy the beach and pool all in one trip.

This townhome is perfect and you can’t beat the location. The townhome is a short and easy walk to the beach and the large pool is right outside the back door. This property was very clean and has a fully equipped kitchen along with a grill which came in handy. The owner Fayla, was spot on and can be reach easily by text, direct phone call, or messaging through the app. I highly recommend staying here and I believe she has other property’s in the vicinity.

Great Beach Vacay Home!

Owner was easy to work with. Very prompt with any questions we had. Property was very clean and as described in listing. Kids and adults loved putt putt course. Pool beside our condo was the best! Very large. We would stay here again.

Great vacation!!

The reservation process was simple. I'm was wary of scams and being swindled out of our money, but that didn't happen. We had a great time and had a large family vacation and several condos were rented in Gulf Highlands. We had with a 7 year old and 4 year old and in our condo. I liked that there wasn't a lot of glass and breakable items so I could actually relax and not chase after the kids. The condo was decorated nice and was very comfortable. It has a perfect spot near the pool that was very convenient.

Great Condo

My wife and I stayed in Fayla's condo in May. It is beautifully decorated and has an oversized master bedroom with sitting area. There is a balcony overlooking the main pool inside Gulf Highlands. Very clean and centrally located with a short walk to the beach. We have stayed at Gulf highlands several times, but this condo was our favorite. I have already spoke with Fayla about returning in the near future. She was very accommodating to us with only a short notice. This condo has everything you could ask for, and really feels like "home at the beach". Thanks Fayla for being so nice and easy to work with.
