Gorgeous beachfront 2BR Condo Steps from the beach with a pool!!!

Welcome to "Island Time"! That's what I call this adorable 2 bedroom, one bath unit in the low-rise Sand Castles West complex. Sand Castles West is directly across the street from the beautiful Emerald Coast beaches of Panama City Beach, Florida. Island time is a NON-SMOKING unit.

The unit is located on the highly desirable, family friendly west side of Panama City Beach... miles away from the noise and party crowds you'll find on the east side. Sand Castles West is about 1 mile west of the fabulous Pier Park shopping resort.

Island Time is in Building G in the Sand Castles West complex (the closest building to the beach). It's about 200 steps from the corner of the stairwell to the beach access. If you prefer a dip in an immaculately maintained pool, one of our complexes two pools is just at the other end of the building.

Sand Castles West is a "low rise" complex, not a massive concrete complex with remote parking and maddening long waits for slow (and far too-few elevators). Our unit is on the second floor (just one flight of stairs up from the parking lot). You'll have a stress-free vacation with lots of amenities, shopping, and of course the gorgeous beaches literally at your fingertips.

The unit itself can comfortably sleep 6 with 2 bedrooms (each with a queen size bed) and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are three flat-screen TVs (one in the living room and one in each bedroom). The kitchen is cozy but functional and well-stocked, and the entire condo is tastefully decorated and beach themed to enhance your experience!

WiFi is included so bring all your devices, and the unit has its own washer and dryer so you don't have to waste your valuable vacation time sitting at a laundromat.

We're very "budget friendly" for a 2 bedroom unit so well maintained and close to the beach, so come get away and enjoy some "Island Time"!

Great home away from home

It was a wonderful place and location. Had all the amenities including a w/d, internet, wifi, nice shower pressure, and full kitchen. The beach is beautiful but more than a few steps away. So much to do in the area - the zoo is a must visit.

Perfect Spot

This place has everything a vacationer would want. Super easy walk to the beach access walkway. The condo was clean, the beds were good, A/C worked amazingly, water pressure was good, and there was no lack of hot water! Highly highly recommend this place. I hope it is available every time we visit PCB.

The place was exactly like the picture. Clean and quiet. Walk across the street and you are on the beach. I would highly recommend this unit.

This was our first stay in a condo usually we stay in hotels but this stay felt like home so peaceful. Plenty of space. The wife and I loved it our kids loved it. Couldnt ask for a better host. He answered any questions before and during trip almost immediately. Definitely recommend and will be staying here again in the future.

Nice, clean place, Nicely decorated. Great access to the beach. Winn-Dixie is next door, easy walking distance. Great view from the balcony. Pool is right next to the condo. Owner was very responsive to a problem.

Perfect spot

Our stay was great. The small walk to the beach was great. It was exactly like the pictures and a great price for the space. We cooked in the unit a few nights and had everything we needed even a few essentials in the cabinets. I grilled a few nights as well they have awesome local neighbors that live in the units that came out to talk and gave some info on the area. Having the washer and dryer was a god send and over all i would give it a 100%. Perfect vacation spot.

Happy stay at 2nd floor walk up condo

We enjoyed the very close beach access, the coziness of the decor, close proximity to groceries, a drug store and more general shopping in Pier Park. There is a constant "white noise" from the dehumidifier but very little street noise. The kitchen was small but all appliances were new. pool is not heated. and worked well.

This condo is tastefully decorated, very clean, and located in an excellent area. Kitchen has modern appliances & amenities. The Washer/dryer unit is a great asset.Host is easy to contact & very helpful!Only steps away from the Beach. Cross Front Beach Rd. Turn to your right & walk in front of Palmetto Inns & Suits. A red Beach Access sign is in front of a 7-8 ft wooden fence. A cement sidewalk behind the fenceleads to theright.beachCross

Off-season family beach time

We stayed in the off-season. It was perfect for our family of 4. The unit has seen some wear and tear, but it has definitely been cared for. There were helpful notes and labels on the TV and thermostat with instructions. The kitchen and pots and pans are a bit small for family cooking, but perfect for 2-4 people. The TV was a bit old, so it was tricky to get connected to streaming services. The internet was plenty fast for remote work and video conferencing.
