Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay here right on the beach. Perfect location. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Parking garage was convenient and didn’t have any issues with waiting too long for the elevator. Comfortable accommodations and host was really responsive with answering any questions we had. Had a great time and would definitely recommend!

Great location!

This condo is in a resort with great amenities and right in the heart of where we like to stay. The views from the balcony are amazing and the condo had everything we needed for a great stay.

Great clean spot right on the beach!

This place is perfect if you are looking for a good price to stay right on the beach. Parking was super easy, our property manager was responsive and helpful, and going to the beach is as easy as taking a ride on an elevator and walking a outside! Although it's not a very modern condo, it was in great condition and very clean. I thoroughly enjoyed staying there and I would recommend this to anyone wanting to save on their trip to Panama City!

We loved our unit, the view, all the amenities & Marc was great to work with. The only draw back to this condo is the parking being across the street, but there is a pedway to the parking garage so that really helps. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect fall break getaway

We love PCB and Majestic resort was perfect for our children. Perfect Fall break getaway. Make sure you listen to host about elevator bust times. Only complaint would be dishwash is extremely loud, don’t run it at night if you are lite sleeper. The dryer lent catcher has a whole, so all black clothes had fuzzies on it. But beds were super comfortable. Sheet super soft. Had all kitchenware we needed to cook sides for kids and make drinks in blender. We’ll be back.

Great until great resort and great location

Booked this unit because we are sick of the headaches every time we stay at shores of Panama. The unit was wonderful and well stocked. Only thing we needed that we didn’t find was a pizza cutter. We loved the resort. Easy parking garage elevators we buys at time but still very fast. Main outdoor pool is very shaded so stays cool. The big indoor pool was closed for our trip which made the other one crowded.

Nice place for a beach vacation

Communication from property manager was excellent. Made sure check in and parking process was easy. Great view of the beach from the unit. The resort overall was perfect for our family with easy access to the beach and plenty of indoor or outdoor pools to choose from. The condo is a little dated and can use some maintenance, but doesn't detract from a beach stay as we were there to be outside. Only thing that I would say is a must to be done is the blinds need to be fixed or replaced in the living room. If people will be sleeping in that room the light shines in very early in the morning. Would stay there again if we return to PCB.

The property itself is what you'd expect with a PCB high rise condo. Convenient to the beach with the trade off of street noise at night and long elevator waits at times. This unit however was not in good condition. No fault of the condo property. We had friends stay in a like unit the same week and theirs was in much better repair. This one had slats missing off the blinds, broken sink fixtures, one side of the kitchen sink was stopped up all week. The disposal was totally rusted out and inoperative. No dish rack. Burned out light bulbs. Just lots of little things that let us know the owner didn't care. I had been in communication with the owner, via text, regarding the check in process and he was responsive. I text him about the condition of the condo our second day their, just to let him know, and never got a reply. The week we went, this was one of the "more affordable" places in PCB. You get what you pay for.

Not worth the money

We enjoyed the location and amenities, the condo, however, was not so great. The beds are awful, like I woke up in pain everyday. Matteresses are hard and you can feel every spring. The jetted tub is nice if you can stand the constant dripping, super fun when you’re trying to go to sleep. The TV stopped working, the dishwasher is broken, the garbage disposal is broken, the living room furniture is worn out with no support. Should have been thrown out years ago. The balcony has wooden Adirondack chairs which aren’t a good choice for a balcony. You’re sitting on the ground basically so it ruins the view and they are super uncomfortable if you’re over 35. Also note the parking garage is across the street so it’s quite the hike to your condo. The balcony is inset so if you’re coming for those gulf front breezes you won’t be getting any, no air moving at all and full sun all day. We didn’t mind the things like the garage and balcony, we could live with that. But everything being broken and worn out and uncomfortable we definitely over paid for this unit, don’t make the same mistake.

Winter getaway

The condo itself has awesome view of the beach and ocean per a very nice balcony. it was quiet, even when the spring breakers were there. The downside to this condo was several disappointments. The floors were very dirty, swept, but dirty. The dishwasher is very outdated and doesn't wor. There was only 1 dishtowel, no dishcloths in the kitchen. No hotpads if you used the oven. No measuring cups or spoons and the selection of utensils was poor. In the master bath you could ONLY take a bath because the lever on the faucet to turn the shower on was so corroded that it wouldn't move if you wanted it to, and we tried. In the second bathroom, again, the lever on the faucet was so corroded in the up position, you could only take a shower and unable to use the jet tub. The mattress in the master bedroom was HORRIBLE! It had to be one that was used at home and then put on this bed. Second bedroom mattress was much better. Also there were no instructions left for the key card for the gym or how to make the entrance door lock. The furniture in the living room was stained, smelly and dirty. I have rented condos with family and friends for 24 years and this was one of the worst.

The room was clean and organized. The second bathroom tub faucet needs to be fixed as it runs even when turned off. The dryer lint filter needs to be replaced as it has a large hole in it causing lint the not be captured correctly. Otherwise a great stay!
