Upon arrival, noticed floors were pretty sandy. Alot of mold in master bath shower which caused some wheezing and coughing for one of my granddaughters and myself. granddaughter was going to use the blender and discovered that it was caked with mold where the cup goes into the blender. She attempted to clean it but did not feel comfortable using it. Killed a few roaches in the kitchen. We used the roach spray that was under the kitchen sink. Some of the towels have seen better days. I have owned several rental properties myself and I know how hard it can be to keep everything in top shape but I don't think that it was up to the standards of alot of the other condos that I have stayed in at Grand Panama.

Very nice resort
Unit was very clean. Nicely decorated. Kitchen was very well equipped. The view was spectacular. Sunsets were spectacular. The owner was very accessible as she does live on site. Quick response with any questions or concerns. Nice and quiet place. Very relaxing. The pool’s heater (beachside tower) was broken the whole time I was there so unable to swim in the pool and the balcony was being painted so I did not have use of my balcony for two out of the four weeks I was there. So that was disappointing. Lynn was kind enough to give me a bit of a discount for the lack of use of the balcony. Met a lot of nice people there. Places easy to get to to so I really liked the location. I plan on returning.

Just Perfect!
We love PCB and have been coming here for years. First time at the Grand Panama and we lucked out with a great host! Answered all questions quickly and the place was perfect. I was let down
When I first reserved a room for my stay, I had very high expectations. However, my needs were certainly not met. To start off, the description for this hotel states, "Heated outdoor pool." The pool was closed and inaccessible. I am confused as to why the pool was closed. It is a heated pool, so it should be open year-long round. In addition, a family member got a severe rash from the uncleaned sheets in the bed. This is unacceptable. There were countless cockroaches in the room and in the COFFEE MACHINE. The washing machines do not work, and the trash chute was filled to the brim. Not to mention, the service was terrible. It was very difficult for us to get in our hotel room. We were not aware of the building being under construction. In summary, the experience was NOTHING like the ideal description. This was supposed to be a fun Christmas vacation for my family, but instead, we got a horrendous stay.

All I can say is WOW. I live at the resort full-time and cleaned and washed the Sheets myself! I have also not found ANY evidence of roaches. I understand that you were mad because the pool had to be closed, but to fabricate a Review like this is just mean-spirited and unnecessary. There was NO POSSIBLE WAY we could have anticipated the Winter Storm that froze the pipes going to the pool heaters. Had I known you were unhappy, I would have immediately come over to rectify ANY issues. All 7 of my properties hold 5-star status, so I hope anyone reading this will take that into consideration.

Too many issues- will not stay again.
First issue we had was the refrigerator, takes about 48 hours before it actually cools, contacted owner and they sent someone by to look at it and said it usually takes 24, instead it took 48 hours. 2nd issue was roaches in the room. We killed several roaches in the kitchen (4 roaches). Contacted owner and they sent some pest spray in a bottle to use. We had kids and a pet in the room so we didn’t use it. Pest control was suppose to come spray Thursday at 9:00 am, they never showed up. We killed several more roaches after contacting the owner, including some in the smaller bathroom. 3rd issue is the drains in the bathrooms, they drain very slowly, the sink in the smaller bathroom completely stops up and u have to turn the water off when brushing teeth and let it set for a few minutes to let it drain. 4th issue - Air conditioner can’t be turned below 71 or it freezes. 5th issue- The dryer that’s in the unit has a small piece of metal sticking out at the inside top of the dryer and it ruined several shirts so be aware when putting clothes in that dryer. It catches the shirts and rips holes in them. It ruined a swim shirt of the baby’s and it ruined 2 new shirts we just bought out older son right before leaving for vacation. The trash Shute on our floor level was completely full and couldn’t dump trash, it was literally overflowing with roaches swarming the floor right below the Shute. In the listing it says seasonal beach service is included but it’s not, no beach service is included you have to pay for the chairs which are $50 per set per day. Location of the resort and room was nice but there were just too many issues for us to say we would return to this resort and especially this room in the future. The roaches in the room is what really done it in for us. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere.

Wow. I am shocked at reading this review and see it as a pathetic attempt to hurt my business because I didn't reimburse you for Beach Service. My listing clearly states "Beach Service is available but not included." As for roaches... you need to keep doors closed or those palmetto bugs (not roaches) will fly right in. You called once and we came within the hour. And I even lined up "professional" pest control company for next day, and YOU refused them entry. As for the refridgerator, I actually photographed the contents (packed with 6 cases of beer, which does take longer to get icy cold) as well as the temp. gun showing proper temperature when we checked it because I felt you were one of "those types" looking for a free trip. Unfortunately, VRBO does not offer a link whereby I can upload them here for all to see. EVERYONE: Please refer to ALL my other Reviews for valid experiences in my Condos. I live on-site and can immediately rectify anything a Guests calls me about. Please don't believe this scammer. I own 8 units at Grand Panama, and ALL hold 5-star status (over 800, 5-star combined reviews!)

Beautiful condo, pool, and beach view! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our 3-year-old grandson really enjoyed the kiddie pool and running on the beach! Our 2 dogs were glad to be with us. The unit is very well equipped. Great location, close to the stairs, pool, and beach. Lynn was easy to communicate with and provided many helpful tips. Check in was super easy. Hope to be able to stay here again.

Amazing stay
Vacations are not my strong point. So choosing something is not easy and checking in frustrates me. I was so happy with this property. I have arrived Sunday afternoon. The check in was unbelivable easy. Was very pleasantly suprised with everithing in the unit. Most of it the Welcome mesage from the owner. Then I was left alone. Priceless for me. And before I left i had a great reminder the owner phone on the door to text before i depart. It was great and easy and simply loved it. The unit was very clean neat, great amazing gorgeous views. Definitely will return back.

The property itself was nice, however, thanks to a VERY rude, hateful,on-site owner on the fourth floor, she made it difficult for the young people to enjoy their own free time in the pool area. My 2 granddaughters (19&21) daughter and myself paid a hefty price to stay 5 days ..3 of which were not enjoyed because of her “ I am an owner” attitude. There were several young teens with chaperones all of which the woman called security on twice…. They were not loud, not playing foul music, they were all in the hot tub and she wanted them out. Bottom line , because of this woman and her disrespect for others, I will not rent from Grand Panama in the future. She went above and beyond hatefulness

Super close to the beach! And just steps away from the pool. Love the second floor location as you are able to use the stairs instead of waiting for the elevators. And the great view! The mornings were my favorite to sit out on the patio and listen to the waves as it was super quite. Master bed was harder than we like bit after a long day at the beach and pool the body did not care. Loved to see the routine the staff did each morning. Cleaning of the property and the pool area.

It was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed every aspect. Lynn was the best host ever, she had brochures and coupons to give us info on what to do and where to eat. Gail, her housekeeper was a joy to be around and any issues we had she fixed very quicky. The pool and hot tub are in great shape and well located to her room, the ocean was amazing as it was my first time seeing it. Lynn also gave us information on who to use for dolphin tours and we saw plenty of dolphins. I highly recommend using Lynn for any stay at Grand Panama. We will surely be back next fall. Thanks again to Lynn, RJ and Gail.

We had a great time at this property! Everything that needed to be thought of was, plus some! We loved being on the second floor. We could easily walk down the stairs rather than taking the elevator. The view and proximity to the pool we perfect, pool floats were provided (our girl's favorite part) and everything was organized and clean. We also had planned on bringing our dogs with us but then our in-laws offered to watch them. It is a perfect dog-friendly condo-they provide a dog bed, bowl, and the location is at the end of the hall so there's less traffic to disturb your dog! We had a great experience and would definitely stay again!

Best vacation ever!!!
My boyfriend,myself, and my father all enjoyed every moment of this vacation. The condo was amazing with something for everyone including my dogs. The owner gave us local information on things to do, most importantly places to eat. She was within minutes of my texting to respond and always such great information. I've been going to Panama City and Destin area for 20 years and she gave me my favorite experience. I'm already planning to take the entire family back next year. We greatly enjoyed our visit! The condo was beautiful and very clean, and ready at check in time. All the appliances in the kitchen worked well, and there were plenty to choose from, even an air fryer. The view was absolutely wonderful, and our little Havanese, Bodhi, really enjoyed laying on the balcony and watching the kids play in the pool and people walking by. Lynn had a little bed ready for him with a dog bowl and a treat that he was thrilled with and he felt right at home. It was easy to walk down one flight of steps to take Bodhi out, or to go out to the beach or pool and bypass the elevator all-together, which could be busy at peak hours. There was live music by the pool several nights, and a little snack bar/pool bar that served frozen drinks, which was nice. Walmart is a couple of miles down the road after you turn left out of the parking garage onto Front Beach Road, but warning...it is PACKED on Saturday evening. Pick up some fast food dinner, and go early Sunday morning. We went on Saturday after we checked in and they had exactly 3 registers open. We stood in line for 2 hours and 20 minutes to self check out. If you get a chance, go to St. Andrews State Park and take the shuttle over to Shell Island. It's absolutely beautiful. Overall, our trip was excellent.

Fantastic Location!
My wife and I stayed in this unit with our little Shih Tzu pup and we loved it! The location is excellent and the Grand Panama its self isn't overly big, so the beach isn't shoulder to shoulder crowded. The room was perfect! Not too high off the ground (for those with height phobias), but not so low that you can't see the ocean. We loved every second of our trip and having such a nice place to stay made it all the more better! We can't wait to come back again! Just a small piece of advice. All the floors in the unit are tile and wood tile and sand kind of lingers around, after all this is the beach and I know sand is almost impossible to clean up completely, so take a pair of house shoes to wear around the unit or a small mat to wipe your feet on.

2nd floor balcony great! You could see pool area and beach very well. Very clean close to everything. Food nearby was amazing! Main Pier within walking distance too. Definitely will stay there again!! Our fur baby weighs 4 pounds and she loved it too!

Cleanliness is next to godliness
The main areas of the tower 1, where we stayed, was cleaned daily. This includes entry floor, hallway to pool, outdoor walkway leading from elevators to pool/beach, and pool deck. Swimming pool at tower 1 is not heated; pool at tower 2 is heated. We rented a 2nd story condo so that we could avoid using elevators as much as possible. Oftentimes, the stairway smelled as though it had been used as a urinal. Facility is in walking distance to restaurants, shopping and miniature golf.

The location was great. Right on the beach and with the views of the ocean. The condo kitchen is updated. The main door needs a bit of an adjustment as it does not open easily but that's a small thing that can be easily fixed. The beach chairs were missing when we arrived but Lynn was very prompt in bringing us two spare beach chairs for us. I loved the large patio with the views of the pool, beach and ocean. Overall it was a good experience.
