What to do with all your leftover food, supply items? We take all perishables to the local Zoo habitat. The animals love any fruits, vegetables, bread... Canned or meat items are given to the needy.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

If you have to cancel, I will allow you to use/transfer the forfeited deposit, toward a more suitable date. Only applies if you cancel 45days out.

Pool view and you have privacy due to hedges, but very limited beach view. Large condo with reading chairs and tv in every bedroom. Pool is very nice. Kitchen is well equipped. Location is great. Dogs can’t be around pool or beach, but it’s nice to being able to bring them along.

Fantastic stay

The Grand Panama is a wonderful place to stay on the beach. The condo was fantastic and convenient location. It was super clean and furnished with everything we needed during our stay. Lynn is a terrific host and made sure we enjoyed our stay. She’s the best. We plan to make this a yearly vacation spot.

Great Stay by the beach

Host was amazing! Had direct contact with the property manager and they checked in on us to see if we needed anything or just had any questions. Kids wanted to stay longer!

We loved our unit and all the great furnishing's. We really enjoyed the resort being pet friendly and chatted with many pet lovers like us. Our manager Lynn, was always responsive to my texts. We’d definitely go back.

I 101 was just as advertised It was clean and was very nice Loved being on 1st floor with the pool right outside, The beach was just steps away. And liked having the tiki bar. Loved being able to take my dog. Will definitely come back😀

Great location and great communication but not perfect

The location was great. The 1st floor was perfect with our pet. The owner was responsive to concerns about cleanliness. Make sure to bring toiletries with you. Shampoo and hand soap was not included.

Amazing family vacation

This was our 2nd time staying in this unit. We’ve also rented other units from Lynn through the years. She is an awesome host!!! This unit is the perfect location for our family to enjoy the convenience of the pool and the pet walk!! It was very clean and has such a great layout for our family!! We also love being able to bring our fur baby!! We will definitely be back for many years to come!

I loved the location of it and everything was very convenient in the area. It did not say you had to pay for your parking up front. Never been in a condo where they ask you to wipe everything down and empty the trash in all rooms and start a load of clothes and tips.

A Great Secret

I hate to give up this fantastic secret but I will because of our wonderful host. Look no further than this location. You have found the right place. Condo is ground floor. Pool and grill accessible. Steps too the beach. Perfection!!!! Lynn is amazing and the condo is beautiful. Comfy beds as well!!! Security always . Super easy check in and checkout. I was totally comfortable with my five year old granddaughter here. This is definitely going to be our beach “go to”. Thank you Lynn !!!

Great location!

I loved the location of this condo, directly on the pool & the beach! It is so convenient. Check in & out was easy, I never had an issue with parking! My bed was super comfortable! My only issue was the condo didn't come with any of the things I'm used to: basic kitchen necessities (seasoning, kcups, really anything you would need) or things you'd need for an extended stay. We had to buy cleaning products, more toilet tissue & paper towels, etc. My friends stayed in the same complex & had all of these things so I can't say it's a property thing. For the amount of money we paid, we could have gotten 2 rolls of paper towels & more toilet tissue.

Condo was very dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned only wiped down. Coke or some other liquid all over the master door and frame (which I wiped off). Patio filthy, and pics did not look like the condo layout. Establishment itself was clean and you could tell they keep the exterior very clean
