When leaving text your name and Unit number to 850-527-2143 so we can start preparing the Unit. If you are departing earlier than 10 am, let us know (sooner the better), so we can get a head start!
What to do with all your leftover food, supply items? We take all perishables to the local Zoo habitat. The animals love any fruits, vegetables, bread... Canned or meat items are given to the needy.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

If you have to cancel, I will allow you to use/transfer the forfeited deposit, toward a more suitable date. Only applies if you cancel 45days out.

Fantastic stay

The Grand Panama is a wonderful place to stay on the beach. The condo was fantastic and convenient location. It was super clean and furnished with everything we needed during our stay. Lynn is a terrific host and made sure we enjoyed our stay. She’s the best. We plan to make this a yearly vacation spot.

Great Stay by the beach

Host was amazing! Had direct contact with the property manager and they checked in on us to see if we needed anything or just had any questions. Kids wanted to stay longer!

Fabulous condo for our family. Stepped right off the patio to the grills and pool. Beach within view of the condo( over the pool fence. Everything was clean. Beautiful property.

Relaxing Week

We loved our unit and all the great furnishing's. We really enjoyed the resort being pet friendly and chatted with many pet lovers like us. Our manager Lynn, was always responsive to my texts. We’d definitely go back.

Annual family vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay so much!! The condo was very spacious and accommodating for our whole family. We had our 6 grandchildren with us and being so close to the pool and the easy access to the beach was perfect!! 1st floor was absolutely the best choice for us!! Amazing family vacation

This was our 2nd time staying in this unit. We’ve also rented other units from Lynn through the years. She is an awesome host!!! This unit is the perfect location for our family to enjoy the convenience of the pool and the pet walk!! It was very clean and has such a great layout for our family!! We also love being able to bring our fur baby!! We will definitely be back for many years to come!

I loved the location of it and everything was very convenient in the area. It did not say you had to pay for your parking up front. Never been in a condo where they ask you to wipe everything down and empty the trash in all rooms and start a load of clothes and tips.

Great Condo!

The condo is just as advertised. The kitchen is well stocked, the furniture is in good shape and the beds are comfortable. It is a great location if you have a disabled person and/or pet with you. Lynn is fantastic to work with and I would rent from her again with no hesitation.

Ton of fun and comfortable Beds

The property was easy to find. Being on the first floor meant no traipsing up stairs or waiting on elevators. All three beds are immensely comfortable, and if you are bringing more people than bedspace, the couch is also comfortable enough to sleep on. Having direct access to both the pool and a very short walk to the beach was excellent as well.

Pool side condo

The view fro this condo is great. A fantastic way to spend time with my boys at the beach. The furnishings are very nice, not like a normal rental. It felt like being at home. All of the basic needs are close to condo....food,shopping,the new pier park,etc.

Beautiful Beach

Lynn is an amazing host. The property and room was beautiful. The only reason I can’t give a perfect 5 star is because of the parking. If you’re in Tower 1, unless you have a handicapped parking space you have to park across he street in Tower 2 and walk across he street or go to the skybridge and walk over.
