Free Golf Cart, 5 min to Beach, Community Pool

Welcome to The Dancing Pelican Beach House! You will love taking our golf cart to the beach (5 min. away) and pool (1 min. away).

Our home is 5 minutes away from Rosemary Beach and all the amazing shops and restaurants along 30A. Our community is located on Lake Powell and across from Camp Helen State Park.

Includes beach gear, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, coffee maker, washer/dryer, WiFi, 3 Smart TVs, linens, towels and much more!

Our house sleeps up to 12 people comfortably including children. It is not meant for 12 adults. Please review sleeping arrangements to make sure you will be comfortable.

Golf Cart is complimentary. Refunds are not offered if for reasons beyond our control the golf cart is not working properly at any time.

Golf cart must be driven by an adult age 25 or older with a valid U.S. driver`s license - only 6 passengers at a time and everyone must be buckled. You will be required to sign a waiver and provide a copy of your driver’s license and insurance.

Renter must be over 25.

You will have the entire house to yourself as well as access to the community pool and the lake. Inlet Beach is a free public beach with free parking. We will explain how to get to the beach on the golf cart.

No smoking.

Do not leave beach gear, towels or garbage outside. You are responsible for any damages to the golf cart or the house. You will be fined if these rules are broken. This is not a party house.
Renter must be 25 or older.
No parties, loud music or smoking.
You will need to sign a Golf Cart Waiver. Golf cart must be driven by someone age 25 or older with a valid driver’s license, only 6 people fit and everyone must be buckled.

Great quick stay!

I recently stayed at this rental house, and it exceeded all my expectations! The space was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped, perfect for cooking family meals. The location was ideal!!

Wonderful time😊

It was a very nice, clean property! Plenty of room for our family! I will say, I was not comfortable riding golf cart across highway to beach. The highway in July was just too busy for my comfort. We ended up just taking our vehicle. Overall, wonderful time!

Fun Family Trip!

We stayed mid April and couldn't have had a better stay. This property is just far enough out but not too far. Close to the beach, Publix, a coffee shop and even some restaurants nearby. My kids loved having a golf cart to go to and from the beach. We had a flat tire on the golf cart and they promptly fixed it right away so we could still enjoy it throughout the trip. My kids loved the bunks, beds were comfortable and the property was clean. We walked to the pool most days which was almost always just us there. There was another house being built across the street but it did not bother our stay. We had several questions about the surrounding area before booking and they kindly answered them all. Overall we would stay again!!!
