Free Beach Chair/Umbrella Service (March 1-October 31) Exterior Construction Improvements around the resort will be on-going through March 2026. Enjoy the stunning white sandy beaches along the Emerald Coast of the beautiful Gulf when you book our lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, which accommodates up to 8 guests. This condo features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals after a long day at the beach.

Take in breathtaking ocean views from the balcony off the living area, or wake up in the master bedroom with a king bed, or in the second bedroom featuring two queen beds—both rooms offer incredible views through their full windows! For your convenience, our condo includes a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.

Located on the 10th floor of Tower 4, Condo 1007 offers a prime beachfront experience. During your stay, enjoy fantastic amenities, including direct access to the beach, three community pools, a hot tub, and a poolside restaurant serving sandwiches, snacks, and drinks. Plus, two of our pools are seasonally heated for your comfort!

Mesmerizing

This is a beautiful spot!

My sister and I stayed here for a week recently and had a great experience! The condo is just as descibed and just as pictured. There is an expansive view of the beach from the sitting area, dining table, and kitchen. The applances are all new and in great working order. There are plenty of dishes, pots and cooking utensils. The balcony is very spacious with comfy furniture. We went too early in the year (last week of Jan) for warm enough weather to enjoy the beach or balcony. I highly recommend this condo!
