I’m a single mom of 2, with income as a server and this is what we look forward to all year. As soon as we arrived, we immediately began noticing damage to the condo. I spent the first hour taking video(s) of the damage. I decided to do a video because there were too many notable things damaged to go through and take images of each and every thing. A video was necessary in order to adequately capture the damage. The sofa bed cover was disgusting - literally stained and dirty and had old cheez it’s stuck to the bottom of the mattress when we pulled the sofa bed out. It was clear that it hadn’t been replaced or washed in AGES. My daughter was going to sleep on the sofa bed, so we immediately left for Walmart (because it would close soon) in order to buy a set of sheets for the sofa bed (no sheets were left by housekeeping for that bed, by the way. So, I had to spend money on sheets for a sofa bed in a condo. When we returned with the sheets, I proceeded to follow instructions and try and fill the form out (as requested) listing current damages to the condo. I was so angry and upset and then even more upset when I saw that I was expected to upload IMAGES of each and every damaged part of the condo (PER ROOM) and also list descriptions. I uploaded the images I had taken (because it wouldn’t accept the videos I had taken) and filled out one section and explained I would call in the morning - too much damage to list, and at that point it was midnight and I had driven for 8 hours, and arrived to a very disappointing setting that I had paid a lot of money for!!! - and I was tired! Oh I also called and left a voicemail for y’all saying I would be calling in the morning. I called first thing and listed off the items to the man who answered the phone. He was extremely short with me, didn’t apologize ONCE for anything, and also made excuses as to why things were damaged. I left the condo nicer than it was on arrival, and I still need m
