This newly renovated, new price, gorgeous 1,315 sq.ft. ground level condo has all of the amenities of a home. It allows you to wake up next to a beautiful view of Seacrest/Rosemary/Alys Beach and the sound of the ocean! With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you'll have plenty of room to unwind and enjoy a true beachfront experience with incredible views of the Gulf.
Located at High Pointe Beach Resort, a first-class gated community catering to families of all sizes. You'll enjoy direct access to pristine beaches, Lagoon-style pool/hot tub, famous dining restaurant (Crabby Steve’s), tennis/pickleball court, children’s playground, and boutique shopping across the street/7 mins walks. All in a quaint, family friendly environment.
This unit comes with 1 beach umbrella/2 beach chairs/2 bikes from March to October as a treat from the owner.

The view!!! Property and location are absolutely wonderful. Unit is tastefully decorated , well equipped, very clean and vthe view couldn’t be better. Communication with owner was effortkess. I would highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Beautifully decorated condo. We have stayed at High Pointe previously and the ocean front views from this condo are amazing. Easy access to and from beach, pool and hot tub. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and shopping. This is a perfect condo and location to Rosemary beach. Alys and seaside.

Excellent Stay!

Our stay was perfect and the place was just as advertised if not better. Loved the decor!! Easy walk to the beach and the view is spectacular. Really liked the privacy too. Being on the ground floor was nice, in that you could still see the gulf, but the dunes were creating privacy on the deck that you wouldn't have on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The chairs/umbrellas and bikes included in the rate was awesome! Also so nice that it was an easy walk to Pedlars Pub and to Rosemary beach for dinner, drinks and shopping. We had such a great stay.

Amazing family trip

We enjoyed a week at this condo for our summer family vacation and couldn't have had a better time. The condo was immacculate, newly updated, and well-stocked. The view was also incredibe! We will definitely stay here again!

We’ve vacationed to 30A for many years. This is one of the nicest units in which we’ve stayed (we love High Pointe and Crabby Steve’s)! Easy and accurate booking, responsive and friendly host, clean, nicely stocked, and a GREAT location! Appears to have been recently renovated. We will definitely be back!

We loved This place! We’ve stayed at the high pointe two other times but never as updated as this place! There’s beach toys and games for the families so you don’t have you bug your own!!! Beach view/sunsets/sunrises are amazing. We really enjoyed it and would like to come back again! Kitchen well stocked and just overall gorgeous!

The condo location was in this fantastic area of Rosemary Beach. The views from condo were amazing, the proximity to the beach and pool was fantastic and the condo itself had everything. Really don’t have a negative thing to say! Highly recommend!

Perfect little get away

This is a beautiful renovated property right on the beach. Very clean. Having 3 little kids, it was very helpful to be on the ground floor. Property came with several extra amenities that were useful throughout our stay, such as small kitchen appliances, closet full of beach and pool toys. Enjoyed the privacy of the patio that looks directly onto the sea.

Best vacation rental experience we have ever had!

If we could give 20 Stars we would! Superb communication by the property owner, the condo was exactly as it appeared online! The additional amenities of on property like Crabby Steve's bar and grille, private beach access, amazing lagoon pool and complimentary beach chair set up and bicycles for added fun! Every detail was thought of inside and we had a breathtaking view of the ocean at all times. WE WILL BE BACK and soon! Rest assured this is the TIME OUT everyone needs!!!
