The condo was exactly as described. It is also near the elevators which was a plus! The view was amazing, we enjoyed waking up and seeing the beach from our balcony. They provide beach chairs and umbrella for you to take. The beach area wasn’t as crowded which was nice! I would definitely book again! Thanks again Dan & Aurora!

Amazing little vacation

We stayed at Emerald Chic for a few days but everything was amazing. We had a great experience at this condo and enjoyed every minute of our little vacation. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated, the view is breathtaking and the hosts are very nice. We will return to this condo for sure in the summer. Thank you Aura and Dan for allowing us to have a memorable vacation!

As soon as we walked in the condo it was very welcoming. The condo was very clean and updated. The views were amazing and very relaxing. The pictures reflect what is in the condo. They updated the vanities in the bathroom and put queen bunk bed in the second bedroom. Furniture was very comfortable. We spent a month in this beautiful condo and felt like home every moment. Highly recommend! Communication between owners is very good. WiFi is excellent. The complex is very clean and quiet. Thank you for making our first snowbird experience a month of special memories.

Great location!

The property was super nice. The views of the ocean were spectacular! The unit is well equipped with all cooking utensils, and whatever you need to prepare a gourmet meal. an extra bonus that was provided for us was four beach chairs, and umbrellas! This made going to the beach, extra easy, and it was greatly appreciated! The fishing pier is very close to this condo. Overall we enjoyed our week long stay and will book again.

This condo is exactly as it appears on VRBO. Beautiful and accommodating in every respect. Dan and Aurora are excellent hosts that are committed to customer service and satisfaction. Great vacation

This unit has been recently updated and you can tell. Very welcoming as soon as you enter the condo. Perfect location and view of the beach; the chairs on the beach were a nice plus! Needed help with the TV and Dan, the owner, was immediately on it. If you are walkers to restaurants like we are, know that the nearest one is .5 miles away. That is the only reason for the 4 star for location. Overall, a great place and great vacation!! Thanks!

Property was as described... Beds were clean and comfortable.. Kitchen was pretty well equiped. All building employees were respectful and had great sense of humor. Had a few quirks but all hot figured out fast and did not effect our stay. Beach access was easy and convenient as well as the beach chair service.... I would say it was an overall great stay at this property and would recommend it if your looking for a nice quiet relaxing stay. NOTHING TO DO WITH THE OWNERS OR THE UNIT...Elevators were the only down fall, they are hot and not very well ventilated. Improvements can definitely be made. Fans in the elevator waiting areas would be a plus...

This beachfront condo was absolutely fantastic. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and an amazing ocean view from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of the waves each morning was a highlight.The condo had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed. Its location was perfect. Close to great restaurants and shops, while still feeling peaceful and private.Overall, it was the perfect beach getaway, and I’d gladly stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and they truly thought of everything to make our stay easy and relaxing. Really appreciate the beach gear and quick responses! Plenty of places to walk to nearby including a great coffee shop - The Pour. Really liked being so close to the pier as well. Only negative is the owners of the building consider the small “heated” (luke warm at best) poo to be a hot tub but the location, amenities and balcony view more than Mae up for it. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect vacation retreat!

Myself and family absolutely loved our stay in this condo. The views are breathtaking and the location is close to nearly everything. We loved that the beach was so accessible from our condo. The pool was exceptional as well. We will stay here again in the future, Aurora and Dan were wonderful hosts.

This condo was perfect for our family of 6. The balcony view was gorgeous. The beach was a short walk and wasn’t crowded. The pool was nice with plenty of seating. We decided to stay an extra night and Aurora was very accommodating and responded promptly. One of our best stays in PCB! We will definitely return!
