Excellent location!!

Loved the location and view of the beach! Easy check in process, and overall a nice resort area with great pools. The sofas in the unit were very worn and dirty, but everything else was satisfactory. We enjoyed our time there.

Such a good vacation

My husband and I stayed with our six kids and had the best time. The unit was clean and had lots of room. The location is great lots of places to eat within walking distance.

Great Condo and Location

We had a wonderful stay with plenty of room for everyone in our condo. The buildings pool and hot tub were wonderful and my daughter and I loved having Starbucks just downstairs. My husband and his friend participated in the Ironman and our location was nice and close. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Spring Break with G-Kids

Property was exactly as pictured. Spacious and clean. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Kitchen well equipped, stove top was a little worn out. Great location, 2 pools and a beautiful view of the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the unit was fabulous - great view, great location and excellent value for money. There were a few things that could be done to update the unit - a few towel bars / TP holders were broken, the front door needs a new paint job, etc. small things overall, but could go a long way to update the unit. The unit was clean and tidy but how dirt our feet got walking in the unit makes one question of the floors were washed properly before our arrival. Overall would return and recommend!

Perfect PCB vacay

The condo was clean, everything was as advertised. Elevators were super quick, no complaints. Even on busy days it was quick. Check in was a breeze. Only cons- pool was closed early one days for a quick storms and they wouldn’t reopen until when the weather turned beautiful but still double red flagged beach. Would have liked to see a more stocked kitchen. Some of the ceiling fan remotes needed batteries. We also couldn’t find the master bedroom tv remote till the last day, it was stuck in the chair. Overall this was perfect for a framily vacation!

Great Stay & Great Service

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is very large with plenty of room and the description was very accurate regarding the layout and amenities. We had read earlier reviews and had some concerns however when we arrived it was very clean and well maintained there were no issues with bugs of any kind or anything else needing the manager's attention during our stay. We enjoyed the private hot tub on the balcony. The resort has great amenities Starbucks, A Sky Bar, a Snack Bar 3 very nice pools and a huge beach area. Thank you ECDI and our property manager you were great to work with. We will be back and stay here again next year.

Excellent location but our condo needed to be cleaned

The location was fabulous! Walking distance to nice restaurants and an Alvin’s and then ce cream shop across the street. Lots of renovations going on so elevators took a bit! Enjoyed the star bucks in the condo! The pool area was clean and loved the hot tub! In our room there were many things that were broken or tore up. We did contact management and they are aware. The cleanliness could have been way better. All the ceiling fans were black dusty, refrigerator smelt like sea food, no dust pan and broom looked like it had seen better days. Washer had bad musky smell to it. Needs new mattress for sure. The stove cooked really fast. Dishwasher worked great and so did coffee maker. Overall it was a wonderful ocean view and we did enjoy our stay just wish it would have been cleaner as I had to take a few hours out to clean it.If we knew that the rooms would be cleaned properly and new mattress we would stay again however we would have to have it confirmed .

Amazing location/amenities, not so much the room itself

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo room is very roomy and nice, however, it was not very clean at all. There was sand in all the beds, the floors were not clean at all. We have a toddler and he crawled around in the living room for about 5 mins when we first got there and his knees were black from how filthy the floor was. The refrigerator had a really bad smell. There was some kind of hair all in the master bedroom drawers in the bathroom. The property manager, Bob, was not very nice either. We will definitely be back but we will definitely stay in a different room with a different property manager. We LOVED all of the amenities the condo building had to offer, the pools were amazing, the sky bar was awesome, and we loved the Starbucks!!

Perfect family getaway

We stayed at this unit just last week for our family vacation. We had 3 children sleeping in pack N plays and two other young children. 6 adults for a total of 3 young families. Let me tell you, this condo is just so great for families! The entire place is all around super family friendly. Each family had our own bedroom and bathroom plus there was an extra bathroom in the hallway to share. Two bedrooms have walk in closets that easily fit a pack n play and the other room’s bathroom is big enough to fit a pack n play. The condo had two balconies and a big open living room. It was so beautiful. The kids pool area is so great and the beach is easily accessible. You will do some walking back and forth to the pool or parking garage from the condo but I honestly think that’s anywhere. I read to be prepared about the elevators being slow but we honestly had no issues with elevators during our stay. We loved it, had so much fun, and are ready to come back! We also were there when a hurricane was hitting a little further south but before we knew where it was going to hit we were worried about what to expect and the contact person for our stay that was provided to me was so quick to respond and very helpful with any questions I had while we were there. No complaints. Loved it so much!

Roach infested

The location of this condo is great. When we arrived to the condo we found roaches in most the the cabinets, drawers in the kitchen. On the countertops, on the refrigerator and the sink. I know you will have some bugs at the beach but this was ridiculous. Spent our frist day and half cleaning the place. Food crumbs all over the kitchen, in the cabinets and drawers. Doubt they clean the place. The ice maker didnt work. The toilet in the half bath was also broken, the faucet in the kitchen was about to fall off . When I reached out to maintenance they contacted us back the next day. They fixed the toilet and the kitchen faucet, then didnt turn the water back in for the dishwasher. Luckily my husband was able to fix that. They did nothing about the bugs, they said we would have to send pictures of the bugs to themWe did reply numerous times with pictures and no reply. I emailed every day about and callled the number provided. The day before we left they sent a email that they needed a room number and the name of the resort, they had that info each time i emiled and called. We ended up at lowes and bought stuff for the roaches. Unfortunately its so infested it didnt help much. Now we are currently having to set off a roach bomb in our garage so that we dont have them at home. Totally disappointed in the condo will not ever stay at this place again. Ended up costing us much more money than we intended to having to eat out most meals and buying cleaning and bug supplies.
