Enjoy a perfect vacation at our Emerald Beach Resort condo: Casa de Palmeras (Palm House).

The Palm House condo offers one bedroom and one bath on the breathtaking 12th floor of one of the most popular resorts in Panama City Beach. The condo has many new upgrades such as appliances, flooring, a new sofa and loveseat, upgraded mattresses, bedding, TVs, and ceiling fans.

Sleeping for 6 is available on the king size bed in the master bedroom, on the trundle bed with a pull out plus a sleeper sofa in the living area. The bathroom offers a tub/shower combination. And don't forget one of the best parts of the Palm House condo is what you see outside the glass doors just off the living room: a private balcony with superb views of the sand, water and sunsets.

Our condo also offers easy access with keyless entry and no check-in process. You'll go right to the condo to start your vacation!

BONUS: we include beach towels and beach chairs in our condo for your use.

My stay here was excellent. The views of the beach and sunset were remarkable. Well furnished condo with all kitchen appliances, washer / dryer, chairs and beach towels. Several restaurants in walking distance.

Absolutely amazing!

Our stay here was phenomenal! We were on our honeymoon and Brenda worked to get us in a little early and had a bottle of champagne waiting for us. The condo was incredibly clean and absolutely gorgeous with breathtaking views. I would more than recommend staying here. It was the perfect spot! Thank you so much!!

Great summer break

My husband and I had a few days to go to the beach and couldn’t have picked a better place! We had a lovely view from the balcony and enjoyed watching the waves. The super fast elevator got us right to the beach for an early morning walk. We just rented chairs and an umbrella for our wonderful day at the shore. We can’t wait to go back!!

Best stay ever...

The property manager Brenda was amazing. Her very detailed instructions made everything so easy. The check in and check out process were the easiest we have ever experienced. The property was very clean. Our unit was super clean and smelled clean and wonderful. The unit was so well decorated and just felt like home. After our stay here, we have no plans of staying anywhere else.

Anniversary Trip

We had the best time. The owner Brenda was wonderful with instructions, checking to see how we were doing. Easy to reach if we had any questions or issues. We had no problems. Navigating parking to getting to condo was so easy. Condo was clean and comfortable. Beautiful view and close to so many places. We loved the ice cream that shop right outside our door. Very highly recommend. We will stay there again.

Great trip!

This property was just as advertised. It's right on the beach. The patio is great for relaxing and watching the waves and activities on the beach. Brenda was great. I had a small problem with the TV in the bedroom and she had someone out there within 10 minutes of notification. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and baking pans/items. The pool was heated and a nice place to sit and relax. Everything was perfect and I would stay here again. Thank you Brenda!

Beautiful condo and view!!

My family and I enjoyed our vacation at this condo!! We were surprised when we arrived that the condo has actually been updated compared to the photos listed. The only thing we wish they upgraded was the king bed Mattress. It was worn out and not the most comfortable. The view from the balcony was just beautiful. My family loved hanging out on the balcony..especially at sunset. Brenda was very helpful with allowing us to check in early and help us with our questions. We can’t wait to come back!

All Around Amazing! ! !

This condo made our stay much more enjoyable. Everything from the cleanliness and decorations throughout the condo. To the amenities throughout the resort. The views from the balcony made relaxing effortless. There was no shortage of luggage carts upon arrival or departure. The elevators were extremely fast, the pools, Skybar and Ice cream bar were excellent. There were several restaurants and stores located nearby, a very short walk (few minutes) on the beach or sidewalk. Most definitely will recommend to friends and family,

Beautiful Condo!!

We were here for a brief stay-but the condo is immaculate. We are trying to plan another stay for longer! We had a slight problem with the gate codes working but it was quickly resolved. They had changed the parking garage code and we were sitting at the entrance holding up traffic trying to get the code to work that was originally sent. It took about 10 minutes to get a hold of someone to assist-But once we got in touch w her-She called, obtained the new code and got it to us within a few minutes. We went and caught the sunset while waiting on this issue to resolve-once in-no problems at all whatsoever. She even checked back in later to make sure we were all checked in ok. 😊I would definitely recommend this condo!! The decor is so inviting. It just felt so cozy! Highly recommend!!

Cute place, inconvenient to amenities

This was a very cute rental. Decorated nicely. All the things you would need, including beach chairs and beach toys for the kiddos. The room overall needed a good scrub on the walls and the floors made your feet black. From a regular perspective, it was clean enough. Cable was a little hard to figure out at first but nice to have streaming services. The worst part about the resort was the inconvenient from the room to the pool areas. Not too clear on where they were and how to get these. It was an easy walk down to the beach area. Elevators were very fast and close by. We parked our car in the parking garage and didn't drive our whole 4 day stay. It was so easy to walk to restaurants and shopping very close by. The ice cream shop was also very cool. Our 4 year old loved the nightly ice cream. The resort also decorated with a fall theme - loved that.
