  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Washing machine didn't work. The balcony door was hard to open and the outside handle was broke, to where it couldn't be opened from the outside. Cushioned chair had a broke leg causing it to wobble. The room was clean and the location was nice.

Door stuck could not get in from deck had to get someone to let us in this was issue with previous. Renter Said it was fixed (management company)Lamp in bedroom is missing switch to turn it off and on had to switch it from other lamps Atmosphere around Edgewater. Was several random people not even in Edgewater staying Security needs to improve one of our units. Someone strange showed up at door had to call police The room was okay for the stay. But the communication. With management company stated it was corrected before check in. And that managers do walk through to make sure before check in

Cleanliness

Pictures and view were accurate, elevator fast for us to be on 11th floor. However would expect to be a little cleaner! Dirt and clothing tags under sofa bed when pulled out, toaster not working, old coffee pot that poured crooked and no pot holder for oven but the main thing was the sliding door was so HARD to open/close and dirty. Mgt said needed new rollers.. and they will barge in if you don’t answer door in a flash which wasn’t expecting that without a call or text. Won’t stay again, pool overcrowded and cloudy! However I love PCB but will stay elsewhere.
