Directly on the beach! Your 30A getaway!

  • Wake up to the serene views and sounds of the emerald coast in your backyard in this ocean side retreat on the renowned 30A - then spend your day soaking up the sun & salt on the white sandy beach. This property offers everything you need for the perfect 30A getaway, including an inviting master suite, twin bunks, a queen sleeper sofa, a private beach, all the creature comforts of home and most of all, a breathtaking view! The decor is meant to capture the natural feel of the beach with Saltillo tile and earth tones. It is truly a slice of heaven!

    Seamist is located between Seaside and Rosemary Beach directly on scenic highway 30A. You can easily bike up and down the coast to first class shopping and restaurants. Some of the favorite local restaurants include The Hub, Shunk Gulley, Bud & Alleys in Seaside, Old Florida Fish House, and our favorite Pescado in nearby Rosemary Beach.

    30A offers so much for the whole family including deep sea fishing, award winning golfing, paddle boarding, snorkeling, fantastic shopping, outdoor concerts, or just relaxing on the beautiful white sand beaches.
