The property is really close to the beach with a golf cart + private beach access, and it looks like the listing. But there are many improvements needed.. overall the property is lacking maintenance ☹️ Kitchen is lacking basic essentials such as almost all knives are rusty or no salt. There was also lots of mold on the refrigerator ice dispenser. We saw three different live cockroaches and found that the trash bin smelled very bad + had tons of maggots from the accumulating trash.
