  • This Comfortable beach front condo is located on the 9th floor East Tower. View the Ocean from the Kitchen, living room & Master Bedroom! This condo can sleep up to 4 thanks to a plush new king size bed in the master and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom and the living room open up onto your spacious balcony where the view of the ocean is amazingly beautiful. The master bath has a garden tub along with a separate walk in shower. There is an additional half bath.

    There is a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, dishes, pots and pans you would need if you want to stay in and cook. The condo also has a washer and dryer.

    Calypso Resort and Towers has 2 large gulf front pools and a Tiki bar that serves tropical drinks, wine and beer.

    Pier Park, the hottest spot in Panama City Beach is literally across the street. Pier Park boast unique dining, entertainment and shopping experiences to name a few Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville, Tootsie's Orchid lounge, Dave and Busters, Miracle Strip and national and local retail merchants.

This property was awesome and in the perfect location! Also huge plus it's one of the few on the beach side with a pool and bar! The room itself was better than expected-great sized deck, two baths, nice kitchen. We have such a great time and it's the perfect setup for Ironmans!

The condo was super clean and had a great beach view. It is right next to the elevator but we never heard anyone getting on or off so it wasn’t bad at all. The host texted about 2 hours prior to check in letting us know the room was ready and was quick to respond when we let her know one of the toilets wasn’t running properly. She had someone there to fix the issue the next day. We really enjoyed our time at the condo and would definitely book this room again!

Beautiful Views

The condo views are amazing. It is well-maintained with ample kitchen supplies, a cozy bed and couch, and stylish décor. It has one reclining beach chair and a low sitting beach chair, a nice backpack cooler but no umbrella or beach toys. If you are short, you may find it challenging to reach the dryer controls as there is no step stool available. A floor mat for wiping off sandy feet would be helpful in keeping the condo clean. The freezer did not work upon arrival. It began working by the third day but the ice maker remains non-functional. Melinda is prompt and friendly in responding to calls. The beach was our primary focus, which had limited space in front of the beach service for personal chairs and umbrellas. Tents are not allowed in this area but unfortunately, many individuals monopolized the beachfront with them. The beach service associates did not request them to be removed. To secure a spot, I would advise setting up by 6:30 AM during the peak season. We encountered no problems with the elevators. They were prompt in arriving and consistently available on the first attempt. In general, I would recommend this condo. If you prefer to avoid crowds, I would recommend considering a different location or visiting during the off-season.
