Absolutely gorgeous remodeled 2 bedroom plus bunk area in Tower 1-307! Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort. This condo sleeps 8. 2 King Masters with brand new luxurious hotel mattresses, brand new master shower. New vanities! New living room furniture, sleeper sectional, new bunk area with hotel mattresses! Full on bottom (twin on top). Sleeper sectional sleeps 2 also! The views are to die for here, and the pictures speak for themselves. We have everything you need in the kitchen - even an air fryer and crockpot! Seriously, just bring you!

Edgewater is a perfectly placed, centrally located resort along Panama City Beach, with tons of amenities in either direction. Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach. Come golf at the Gulf of Mexico! Edgewater features a par-3 executive golf course, basketball hoops, pickleball, shuffleboard, and tennis facilities. Pier Park is minutes to the west and St. Andrew’s State Park is to the east. There are plenty of local shopping and restaurants located close to Edgewater, including Fire Fly, Dee’s Hangout, American Charlies among others located within walking distance.

25 age requirement to book! Registration fee $50 for the first vehicle and $30 for each additional up to 3 vehicles.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Great condo for our family!

The condo was clean, updated, and spacious! It was beautiful and perfect for our family. Kitchen was nice and beds were also comfortable. Bring your own chairs for the beach if you don’t want to pay that high prices that the third party vendor charges for the rent.

This condo was super clean and nicely updated. My family was comfortable for the week. We had everything we needed. Farrah was great to work with. Definitely the nicest condo we have stayed in at the Edgewater Resort.

Better than expected

We vacationed with several other friends/families. We didn't have the best view (still pretty good) but we did have the nicest unit, by far. Everything was up to date, clean, and in working order. The condo was right off the elevator so easy in & out. The resort was clean. The beaches were great. Would recommend and will stay here again next time, if available.

Beautiful Condo!

This was the best condo we have stayed in over the past 8 years! Beautifully decorated, full kitchen, comfortable beds (major plus) and location! The only thing you need to bring or buy is groceries and beach towels, literally everything else is provided. The host, Farah, was very responsive and accommodating through our entire stay. We'll be back next year!

Fabulous Condominium & Resort

Beautiful Condominium & Resort!! Loved the beachy decor and furniture, balcony view and chairs were awesome, everything was super clean, kitchen had all we needed, and comfortable beds. The resort was also very clean and we liked the many heated pools! We had ice cream at the on-site store and ate at their restaurant. Many walks by the gorgeous ocean! Farah helped us with all instructions and check-in/ck-out. One of our best vacations here at Edgewater Beach Resort!

Mama’s Trip!

What a wonderful little getaway for a group of mom’s who needed a little “break”. This condo is in a perfect location with wonderful beach access, pool, and restaurant on site. We were very grateful to have a clean and modern unit to rest in. The updates are fantastic—from the fixtures, furniture, and Smart TV’s. We look forward to enjoying this condo again one day in the future!

This unit was soo lovely decorated, the host went above and beyond to assist us. All up to date appliances, king beds which we loved in both bedrooms, plenty of spacious room to not be overly crowded.. the owner was amazing at answering any of my questions. Hands down the best condo we’ve stated at.

Gulf Coast Air Show

Excellent place to stay! The only issue was our stay being during Thunder Beach. It was loud with motor cycles riding up and down the main strip right in front of Edgewater. It was hard to sleep! I will say anytime we saw any bikers in restaurants or stores they were very respectful and kind. PCB rolls it out for Thunder Beach.

Pros: Great value, Excellent location, Beds were very comfortable, seamless check-in. Cons: Heated pool at Tower 1 was not heated. The boys took the Polar bear plunge : )

Beautiful Condo

The condo is beautiful and very well maintained. My family of 5 stayed here for spring break and had a wonderful time. The chairs on the deck are very nice and we drank coffee out there every morning. Anyone wanting to stay there with more than five is very feasible because the pull out couch could fit four small children or two adults very comfortably. And the bunk in the hall has a full bed and a twin on top so there is plenty of room. Master bathroom shower is very nice and lots of room. They have a bamboo stool in there also which is nice! I would definitely stay there again. The only thing negative I have to say is about Edgewater itself and their new pool rules where you cannot move the chairs to face the sun and they can only go on one direction and they are very strict. Also they are so close together that you can barely put your legs down. And half the pool area is reserved for VIP rentals only. We have been coming here for 20 years now and I was very upset by the regulations out at the pool and there were only two people that rented the chairs the entire week that we were there and half of the pool was saved (wasted)for that reason. But that is on Edgewater! Love love the condo!

Enjoyed the condo was nice and clean. Updated. The only negative is the parking pass must be confirmed online we didnt do that and had to drive down the street and get a pass which was annoying after long drive to get there.. also the pools best chairs you have to rent which is strange for a resort to do..they have free chairs but gets filled up and all around the deeper end you had to pay for chair and umbrellas..people pay alot to stay at resort and expect chairs by pool just seemed they were just taking advantage of guests to get more money.. condo is in a good location and we enjoyed the beach and area. Overall great stay.
