we enjoyed our stay! The place was perfect and my kids loved the set up! The only thing we didn’t like was it was hard to find the access to the beach.

Great location. Close to shops and great restaurants. Beautiful sandy beach. Second level condo was wonderful for beach access and view. Beach chairs and umbrella were provided which was great. Would definitely return !

Great beachfront condo

This is our 2nd stay. Has everything we need. Clean and comfortable. Only issue they are using a deodorizer that stinks the first day and then gradually goes away.

Amazing condo

This place was everything they said it was and more. From communication with the property manager, and the cleanliness of the condo. The views were spectacular and easy access to the beach and pool areas. I would highly recommend this property.

Excellent Stay.......What a breeze this process was!

First I booked for 2 nights instead of 3. I called and was handled very professional. We arrived and pictures were spot on. This place was clean and everything worked as stated. We loved this place and hope to stay again on our next trip to Florida!

The condo is very nice and well stocked for our needs. Beds were very comfortable and we slept well and felt safe at this establishment. Dish washer may need updated as it does not clean to our liking. Lovely place and prompt and concise communication With condo owner!

Just as advertised. Great condo and Emerald Beach resort is great and in a great location that is convenient to very thing. The parking deck was a big plus. Truck in shade all day. Oneer was great.

A relaxing stay at the beautiful beach!

This property is everything the listing says and a wonderful place to enjoy all the beach has to offer! Soak up the sunset from your balcony or the restaurant deck that’s just a few steps down the beach. There’s a long list of well maintained amenities and the condo was very clean. The few questions we had for the property managers during the booking process were always answered promptly. We look forward to returning soon!

Condo on the Beach

Great place, perfect location to elevator, trash shoot and the beach. I did not get or lost the check-in email and texted the owner of the condo and he responded very promptly. Free parking in the garage across the street. Easy to get to many locations from this condo.

Nice clean place

The stay was great. The 2nd floor was so close to the beach front and enjoyed the views. The only thing about it was the 2 set of elevators are located right outside door. So a lot of noise. Just bring a box fan. Very clean and comfortable for the 4 of us.

Very Nice Condo!

This condo was very nice and very clean! The bed was super comfy and towels were soft. It was located about 10 steps from the elevator so quick and easy to get to. We only were there for 4 days so ate out for everything except breakfast which was cereal. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Unfortunately the weather was not the best (it was cold) during our stay so did not try out the pool, but it looked very inviting. We would definitely stay here again.

Good for the money

The condo is ok. It’s outdated and needs some repairs. The bed is comfortable and is a king size. The elevators in the building are terrible. You will be waiting forever to get to the beach and to the parking garage. For the money I would say it’s good.

Great stay!

My sister and I stayed here while we attended a wedding in PCB. The Wyndham is SO nice. The unit is close to the end, so I felt like we had a good bit of beach privacy, which is rare for this area! The view is gorgeous. It's on the second floor but not close to the pool, so it's quiet. It is close to the elevator, but we had no noise problems at all. They have a huge TV. The bed was comfortable (even the twin bunks were very soft). Checking in, checking out, and getting the beach rental chairs that come with the condo were all super easy. Very responsive hosts! We wanted to stay longer. It was great for the two of us. It would be the perfect stay for a family with two small children.

Location location location!

This place was awesome! Very well furnished. We didn’t have to pack anything for the beach. Everything we needed was provided, even for our kids! Kid friendly for sure! 2nd floor right next to the elevators! Easy access to everything! Perfect view. Oh and did I mention the water pressure?? Oh my goodness the shower was great! Kitchen is well furnished for cooking a meal. There’s a pull out sofa bed in the living room. Really nice and comfy kind size bed in the bedroom and bunk beds in the hall. I had to contact the owner prior to our stay and communicating with him was a good experience. Very nice and informative. They really want whomever stays at their property to enjoy their stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better property. We will absolutely stay here again!

Spring Break week

We made a last minute booking for this unit for Spring Break week. We were very happy with this unit. Check in and out was a breeze. Unit was clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Unit had all the basic supplies. I even saw an instapot if you're so inclined. Location of the unit was perfect. Close to elevators and beach access. But you don't hear elevator or people noise. The condo complex has a bunch of amenities..an onsite bar, ice cream shop with burgers, a starbucks, several pools, and poolside games. This rental cane with beach service and that was also super easy and convenient. This is our 2nd time to stay at Emerald beach but I'll definitely try to stay in this unit next time. Would definitely recommend.

Nice enough

The Good: Very clean, location was good, comfortable bedding and very nice water pressure (often overlooked in rentals), stocked with essentials. The Bad: The listing clearly states 4 beach chairs (as does the book inside the condo), but in fact, only 2 chairs are included. The beach attendant told us they have had to tell many people this summer that only 2 chairs are included. The wifi network and code provided in the email were incorrect. The proper code is in the book on the counter. The front door has a very flimsy deadbolt and won't shut unless locked. Communication was poor - sent 3 emails and made 2 calls to vrbo before receiving a response from the owner.

Comfortable and beautiful location

This property is just as shown. The decor is lovely and relaxed, and the place is extremely clean and sanitary. The queen bed is super comfortable with comfy pillows. We didn't use the other beds, but the balcony gives a beautiful view of the beach and you can hear the waves and have coffee outside. It is 3 minute walk to a beach bar with good food, and there is pizza, steamed seafood, etc. essentially across the street. The pool and hot-tub were very nice. There are attached facilities across the street by the parking to which you have access. Those are even bigger pools and a nice (small but nice) fitness room with cardio and weights. We appreciated the included chairs and umbrella at the beach and the proximity with beautiful views of the water! It is about a mile walk to Pier Park down the beach (you need moneyt to go on the Pier so bring some) with other eateries along the way. This is a very nice location with no large hotels immediately next door on either side. It is further from Pier Park but the is a large shop right across the street with any beach gear you forgot. The owners had good communication, check in and parking was no problem. Kitchen has Keurig and basics for cooking. Would definitely stay again!

The beach view was stunning and the condo was perfect other than one bathroom issue. We would definitely book the same condo again. The free beach chairs were icing on the cake.
