I liked the property over all, it was right on the beach, the garage was a bit too far away. You had to cross the sky ridge to get there which was cool and they made it convenient. Staff wasn’t to friendly but they were professional. The elevators (2of them) had a dip in the floor. You couldn’t see it because the mats were covering it but it did feel unsafe in those 2elevators. The bathrooms and baseboards were fairly clean, but pretty decent overall.

We stayed for a quick weekend girls trip. It was perfect. In February the pools are heated and we were able to swim and enjoy the hot tub. Everything was clean and well maintained.

I absolutely loved our room. Breathtaking views of the ocean. Clean and comfortable. Heated pool and hot tub were available. Perfect location. Able to walk to several restaurants and shops. The parking was very inconvenient. Had to park far from the hotel and take a shuttle to and from. Then get on three different elevators to get to your room. Though I am Thankful for the shuttle, I feel like we should have been told about the garage closing. The sales pitch was absolutely ridiculous and they get flat out rude. Was sales pitched at the front desk and when I kept telling her no, she got an attitude and her demeanor completely changed. Then two different times on my trip I was called with the same sales pitch….it was aggravating. Overall, I would stay again when the garage is open. I will just stop answering my phone when they call for the sales pitch.

The place was beautiful we had a great time unfortunately we happen to arrive while they had the safety testing going on so had a couple days of crazy loud sirens going so could be at the hotel all day for about 2 days but after that wonderful time

They are in the process of major maintenance on the parking garage, so it is not usable. You must park elsewhere.

Room was excellent. We appreciated the hot chocolate bar in the lobby. The concierge desk was pushy and relentless. The carts were helpful to get to the parking garage when they were available. We had to allow 15 minutes to get the car each time. Unfortunately we chose the week the fire alarm system was tested from 8 am to 5 pm for several days.

The property is nice. The check-in was easy. All the staff seem nice, they say hi when they see you. There is a Starbucks on site. You are right on the beach and the views are great! This is a timeshare property and you will be asked to attended a 90 minute presentation. I was unaware of this at the time of booking. I did contact Expedia and asked that it be included somewhere on the about the property because I would not have chosen this location because I do not like attending the timeshare sales pitches.

This property is overall nice. Our unit was roomy and clean. The check in staff was nice. Its a Great Location and plenty of parking. BUT This is a timeshare. Don't take the tour for a free vacation unless you are really in the market for a timeshare. It is high pressure sales and the free vacation is not free. There are lots of fees involved.

Not the staycation I was hoping for
Once you arrive you are asked personal questions about your income and if you’re married , etc. and hassled.l about timeshares. Once you get the key to your room after being bombarded, you Have to walk very far to get from car garage to your room. Next, I was in my room changing , and not clothed when a man yelling “guest services” started banging on my front door and I said one second and before I knew it he UNLOCKED AND OPENED the door! Then threw a piece of paper on the ground , saying thank you and leaving . I was in shock! And the piece of paper he left said it was threatening to tow cars out of the parking garage at owners expense if you didn’t move it at a specific time. Hot tub on beach side was broke. Other then that wasn’t to bad .

Beautiful view from balcony. Only real problem was never being able to reach anyone on the phone at desk or concierge to get information. And it was three elevators to go ask a question. Value for money was excellent.

Property is well maintained and clean. Also, beautifully decorated throughout for the holidays. 4 elevators on each side of the property made for short wait times. ALL staff was friendly throughout our stay. Room was exactly as, if not better than, we had expected.

Bathroom was old, with a showerhead aim at my chest. I am only 5'4. Also this is a timeshare facility so be prepared to get hammered with a hard sell when you get your wristband. Musty smell in the room. We only stayed the weekend so no maid service. Parking is across the street in a parking deck. I would not stay again.

Our stay was good overall. It was interesting because the units to the west were like normal condo rentals and to the right Vrbo/personal rentals. Our group had both. Our condo was satisfactory with a good view. Although the trim work/detail could use some updating. Our friends had appliances that didn’t work, etc. I didn’t grade the staff because we didn’t have any interaction with any. My wife checked us in and we were done. Parking is in a one-way deck and a bit of a hike thru the sky bridge. But there were ample dollies to help carry our stuff coming and going. The beach was in good shape and a short distance from the condos. The pool and deck were in good shape but small. If it were peak season, it would have been way overcrowded. For the rate and depending on season, I can recommend this facility. If the rate were much higher or during peak season, I would have different expectations. Overall, we like Club Windom.

As expected, Great as usual
I have stayed here several times and would recommend it to anyone. I love the Wyndham and Emerald Beach resort. The beach front pool was heated and well maintained. The tiki bar was still open. The room was great and the armbands that you use as key cards are genius. No more fumbling in your purse or trying to dig the card out of your pocket to open the door.

The room was ok - but noisy - our balcony was right across from the swimming pool bar - no privacy & loud. We asked for another room, but there wasn’t any available. Will not stay at this property again. Wanted a quiet and relaxing stay at the beach - but wasn’t possible with the room we received.

I booked Hotel just because it had a 2 bedroom when I arrived I was told the 2 bedroom I booked was not available. I will not use this hotel again. Nice hotel but with today's technology this should have not happened.
