Treasure Island Pet Policy
Only 1 dog less than 30 lbs per condo will be allowed. The front office will charge a non refundable pet fee of $300 upon arrival. No Exceptions To This Rule Will Be Made, Please Do Not Ask.
Parking Policy: The resort allows for a third vehicle to be parked where there is space available for an additional fee.
The registration, pet and parking fee are charged by and paid to the resort. These are not our fees and are not included in the rental price.

Beautiful property

Waking up to the stunning views of the white sands and clear water were the perfect way to start each day. The location is in a much quieter part of PCB which made for a very relaxing stay. The gentleman who worked the beach, Josh, was very pleasant and helpful each day checking on us multiple times.

Great location, building, and condo

We've traveled to PCB numerous times and stayed at Treasure Island and least 3 times but in different units. The unit is great - well equipped and clean. Location is perfect - quiet and with plenty of restaurants and things to do close by. The building is well managed and the pool/hot tub is clean.My only complaint is the WIFI did not work the entire time we were there and I did not get a response to my inquiries by the property manager. It was a partly working vacation for me so using my phone hot spot was not ideal.I will stay in this building again since I love the location so much.

Great Getaway

Spent a glorious week with family members. Very spacious & well-decorated with a cruise-ship view that was amazing! Gorgeous (early) sunsets! All necessities provided, plenty of bath towels. Overall, we found Treasure Island very clean. Kudos to Mr Theo!

Condo has an amazing view. The mattresses aren't memory foam but do have memory foam toppers. They're still really comfortable. We could have used one or two more blankets but it wasn't enough of an issue enough of an issue to contact management about. Overall it was a great stay.

Great location

First time staying in PCB in a very long time. We loved the location and view from this unit. Beach chairs and umbrella were included with the unit. Pool was fabulous, you could see the gulf from the pool. Having assigned covered parking was a bonus. Pet friendly was very important to me. They have a small relief area but would be great if they would fence that in and have a bench added for pet owners.

Great views & unforgettable memories

Our vacation stay in this spacious condo in Panama City was absolutely **amazing**! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the beautiful decor and the stunning views of the city and ocean. The living area was so **comfortable** and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, and the dining area was great for enjoying our meals together. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were so **comfy**, we had the best night's sleep every night. The bathrooms were clean and modern, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided. One of the highlights of our stay was the balcony, where we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening cocktails while taking in the breathtaking views of the city and ocean. We also loved spending time at the pool and hot tub, which were both clean and well-maintained. Overall, our stay in this spacious condo in Panama City was a **dream** come true. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Unfortunately, this condo was disappointing. The balcony and balcony furniture were filthy. The furniture was old and falling apart. We were unable to enjoy the balcony because of its condition. The stove top was cracked. The place was not very clean. There was no dresser in the Master bedroom.The tv, in the living room had a line straight down the middle of the screen.Beds were terribly uncomfortable.Needless to say, condo 1103 was did not meet our expectations!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second trip to Treasure Island in PCB. The TI staff were cleaning every day and were very pleasant. The pool was cleaned every day and very comfortable. The AC was not working in the 4 elevators and on each floor while waiting on the elevator you have the exhaust from the bathroom fans blowing hot and stinky air on you while you wait for the elevator. Some of the great things about 1103 are the included 2 chairs on the beach which are randomly assigned but they kept the same for the week The balcony is huge and has a wonderful view. The water pressure and AC in the unit work very well. The refrigerator was turned down to the lowest setting but we were able to figure that out easily. There are 12cup and Kcup coffee makers, plenty of silverware and place settings. There are 2 blenders and a 4 slot toaster. The not so good thing was the cleanliness of the room overall. I expect some sand in the room due to the beach and balcony but the master bed had sand in the bed. The unit needs a deep clean. There was a rat trap behind the master nightstand which was luckily seen before it was felt while looking for something that fell on the floor. The furniture seems outdated although the description states upgraded. The outside outlet (GFCI) was tripped and we got it to work but it still showed the tripped red light. The garbage disposal was clogged but we got it working as well. With 6 of us there for the week, we could have used more towels rather than having to wash them each day but not a big deal. We didn’t see a ladder for the bunk beds. We used the TI gas grills on level 3 for 3 meals and these were cleaned daily and worked well. We ate at Pier Park, Dat Cajun Place, and The Wharf and each meal was delicious.

The room was well stocked and clean. My only “complaint” would be that the box spring of the master mattress seemed to be busted or sinking in the middle and the bed made lots of noise with every move. Otherwise we had a great trip!
