With a view overlooking Lake Carillon, this third-floor suite offers some pretty spectacular sunset views from the balcony. You'll be less than 1,000 feet from the beach, with seasonal chair service (including two canvas beach chairs and an umbrella) set up at the beach walkover from March through mid-October. When you're not beachcombing or sunbathing out on the sand, there are resort pools and hot tubs for your enjoyment.

Carillon Beach has two on-site restaurants, Our Little Beach Café and Phat Crab, less than one mile from the condo. You'll also be less than two miles from great local restaurants. To the west, you're just three miles from stepping into luxury at Rosemary Beach. If you're feeling adventurous, take lessons at nearby Walkin' On Water Paddleboards (less than half a mile).

Great place

We stayed here for a few nights. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Everything was clean and we enjoyed the room. Our only complaint was we wish there was a map of the resort provided. We had never stayed at Carillon Beach before and we didn’t know where the beach access or main pool was. It would be nice to have some directions on the resort property. Other than that, it was a great place. We will probably be back for hopefully a longer stay.

Great location

The room was spacious and clean, except for a terrible odor emanating from the kitchen sink anytime anyone used it. The air conditioner also wasn’t working properly as the room was intolerably humid. The location is fantastic and the amenities are amazing. The unit was comfortable enough for a short stay.

Unit was perfect for my needs. Short walk to the beach and enjoyable property. I look forward to returning but will probably wait until the Construction is finished updating the surrounding buildings

Good place to sleep

Unit was clean except for black mold leak from unit above in shower. Building needs an overhaul starting with a power wash. It’s just not kept clean or current.

Ruined weekend

VACASA was awful to deal with mainly because of the ability (or lack of) to communicate with them. Since you cannot check until 4 or after. It was after 5 before we realized the air conditioning did not work. We spent all night trying to get help with it. They kept giving us the run around and telling us yo turn down the air even though nothing was blowing. Even at one point to turn it down to 17! I asked for them to move us to another room and they said they don’t do that for this type problem. I asked for the local management and was told they don’t give out that number. Out of 3 telephones provided to me nothing was helpful. The next day they still gave me “checking on it”. I finally spoke to a representative at VRBO and she called them. Finally at around 4 p.m. the next day someone knocked on our door. By 5:30 that night we finally had air conditioning so out f the 48 hour period of our rental we had air conditioning for approximately 16. The sliding doors are so hard to get open it was inconvenient to sit outside to I enjoy the beautiful view. I dropped a piece of fruit on the floor and when I cleaned up the floor the cloth came up blackish brown. This company did nothing in a way too be remorseful for our discomfort or try to compensate for all that went on. We will not rent a VACASA unit ever again.
