This charming Calypso 1BR, 1.5BA condo, also known as our Honeymoon Suite, is located on the 6th floor of the east tower, sleeps 4, and offers breathtaking beachfront views from the moment you walk in. Ideal for a romantic getaway or a small family retreat. Enjoy pearl white sands, turquoise waters, and unforgettable sunsets from the full balcony, accessible from both the master bedroom and living room.

- Rental Agreement: After booking, you’ll receive an email to sign the rental agreement and addendum electronically—complete it ASAP to secure your reservation.
- Calypso Resort Registration Fee:
- $60 fee (includes 1 parking permit for the MAIN garage).
- Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $60 fee for each additional vehicle.
- Fees are controlled by the resort and subject to change.
- Guests are not permitted to be on property without proper registration.
- $300 refundable Security Deposit authorization held 3 days prior to arrival.

Great place to stay! The location is excellent and the beach chair service is great. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony and the unit was very clean! Calypso is within walking distance to Pier Park and lots of dining options. The unit owners had great communication and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

PERFECT STAY

Everything about our stay was fantastic, condo super clean, (just like pictures on web site) check in and check out was a breeze, we could walk to everything we wanted to do, pier park, the pier etc... great stay!

Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. We made a last minute decision to spend a few days at the beach and everything from the booking process to the beauty and comfort of the condo to the check-out process went smoothly. Awesome Fall Get Away

We had a wonderful time. Water was a bit chilly but the weather was perfect. Even with Bike week going on, the lines for dinner weren’t bad nor was the beach crowded. The Unit is exactly what you need for 2 adults and possibly a kid or two. Walking distance to plenty of food and Pier Park. We would definitely stay again.

Very enjoyable stay.

Overall, my husband and I had a great experience at this property. The communication was clear and very helpful. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. It was beautiful with the heated pool.We stayed in February, so it was a little cooler. The bar downstairs was not open, and beach chairs were not on the beach yet. That starts in March. Shops and restaurants were in walking distance. We would stay here again.

Just like the pictures. Everything we needed was there. We walked to pier park, Shuckems, it was great. I really liked being next to the elevator. So convenient. Very clean, no sandy floors. We look forward to staying again.

Great Vibes- Outstanding view

We really had a great stay at the Calypso and at this specific condo. It was SUPER clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Excellent communication from owner of property about condo specifics/check in/check out. Property was user friendly and we never waited long for an elevator. Proximity to Pier Park was nice. Only complaint would be that the living room furniture could be updated - reclining chair not so comfortable and some buttons didn't work. Would definitely book again.

Paradise!

Absolutely loved this little room! It met all our expectations! This was our first time here and will be for sure booking again! Very comfortable and had all the supplies we could ever need or have! Only hassle a few times was waiting on the elevator but it was only at busy times! WE LOVED IT over all! We will be back!

This properly was very clean and just as advertised. The chairs outdoors worked very well so that you could see the ocean view. The only thing I would change would be the couch, not very comfortable. However the bed was very comfortable. Would book this unit again.

Great Place to Stay!

Exactly as advertised. Perfect one bedroom unit with a great view 605E. Jenny was so easy to work with and returned all my correspondence very quickly. This is our second stay and will definitely return. Kitchen is well equipped. King size bed was very comfortable and soft linens. Balcony furniture was very nice. Perfect in all ways. Great Stay Overall

We had an almost perfect stay at this property. Great location, great condo and very relaxing. The only issue was the AC going out. It was actually out for the whole building. It was out for about two days. Not the end of the world but not fun either. However, the mgmt company was kind enough to comp us a night for our troubles. They didnt have to do this (AC going out was a random event) but they were very kind to offer it to us. This is a great unit to rent (right next to elevator but not noisy). Also consider any properties offered by Premium Beach Condos. They are very good at communication and offering advice/deals on outings.

Beyond my expectations!

My husband and I decided to make a last minute trip down to PCB for a few days of R&R. Every aspect of our stay, from booking to check-out, far exceeded my expectations. Communication was incredible. The condo was beautiful with a surprise renovation of updated paint and furniture. The location at Calypso was perfect. I especially appreciated the large coffee mugs. Most condos only have small coffee cups, so I always bring my own because I love sitting on the balcony in the mornings with my coffee, so this was an added bonus for me. It was the little touches that put this stay over the top. We will definitely be back.

Spring break 24’

My husband and I stayed here with our 11 year old son. The property is exactly how it’s listed. Absolutely gorgeous view from the balcony! Our room was directly next to the elevator which was extremely convenient. The host were so quick with communication. The room/balcony/resort itself was very clean. With it being spring break we expected some crowds but this was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed at in PCB. We didn’t experience any of the younger “spring breakers” causing issues, never heard loud music or other noises in our room. We couldn’t be more please with our experience and will definitely be booking again when we return. 100/10 recommend!

Condo was very clean on arrival.Within easy walking distance to pier park. We have been using Premium Beach Condos for 10 years and never been disappointed they make everything very easy. I feel that any unit they have will be clean and well furnished
