Great Panama City Beach waterfront view!

This property is a 3 br/3ba Gulf front unit! The property was very well cleaned and stocked when we arrived. From beach towels to beach chairs, it was all included! The property hosts were extremely professional and responsive. I wish I could rate this one higher than 5 stars! We will stay at this one again!

Thank you for having us! We stayed for 3 weeks to escape the Ohio weather. The unit is perfect with amazing corner views over the Gulf. Very walkable to restaurants, shopping and bars. Everything we needed was there, and it was all clean and available. We will be back soon!! D&J

A Wonderful Vacation Week!!

Everything was great. The condo was beautiful and clean. We loved sitting on the balcony, it felt like you were sitting on the beach. Close enough to hear the waves and take beautiful sunset pictures. Everything worked in the condo. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Great to be able to walk to restaurants, shops and pier park. This is definitely a place we want to stay at again.

Baseball Tournament

The property is well located and is very charming. The layout is very useable. The parking spaces were terrific. Coming and going was so easy! We were there for a high school baseball tournament and frequently had to make quick exits. No problem.The corner location of the unit provided great views of the pier and beach. Don’t miss this one.

Property was perfect and well taken care of. Pictures are100% true. Have more then enough kitchen supplies. Loved all the beach chairs n extra umbrellas. Came for the Ironman, Great Location!

We came for my son-in-law to participate in the Ironman. The location was great - could see start of swim from balcony, run went right by the front of condo. It has a great view of the Gulf from the patio, beautiful sunsets every day. Full kitchen with serving and cooking ware. No basic supplies though like paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper. Bedrooms were comfy and each had its own bathroom. You get access to pools - owner supplied wristbands in drawer. We would definitely return here.

The unit itself was amazing! 10/10. Meticulously clean and comfortable. Corner unit with the best views. You can see both ways all the way down the beach and part of the city including Pier Park. The Host was wonderful to work with. Personal parking spots under the complex with easy access to elevators. Walking distance to Pier Park. I will give my one and only complaint, ok 2. The elevators and garage floor lobby to the elevators need some air flow. One elevator was trying to blow some air, the others had none. The West Pool had a bunch of tiles busted out. Could’ve happened recently and just didn’t get to it yet. Im sure they will take care of it. The staff was very watchful of the pool area. Water was clean and comfortable. Overall, nice place and would stay again.

Excellent condo, no complaints. The master suite with the queen bed is beyond excellent. The 2nd room with the king bed is a little small and lacks a full sized dresser but still worked great for two adults. 3rd room is great for kids or another couple. The included parking spots were an excellent perk. Don't overlook that value. The beach chairs were wonderful as well. All in all an excellent vacation spot.
