If you are looking for 1BR condo right on the beach with full floor to ceiling windows facing the beach from every room, then you need to check out Unit 302 in Tower 4. Two flat screen TVs, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and comfortable amenities make this an excellent choice. Private bathroom access from bedroom or living room. Angie was awesome. We had trouble with the tv, and she was there within a few minutes to help us. There was also something going on with the AC, and Angie was on it. The condo was perfect for what we needed. Wonderful view of the sunset.

Relaxing getaway

We came to the beach for a relaxing getaway and to celebrate our anniversary. This condo was exactly as described and the photos do not do it justice. We enjoyed the beach chairs and pool daily. We look forward to staying here again.

Perfect little spot for the two of us. On the third floor, which made it easy to get around. Perfect view of the beach beach was a big plus! Communication was great, quick responses, even allowed us to check in a tad bit early.

Just as described. Check in was easy. Clean. Beach chairs included for the week was a plus! Close to everything you need. We had issues with the air conditioning and called Angie and she was on it right away to get it checked. We will be back!!!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. After reading another review we brought beach chairs so we could enjoy the sunsets on the beach since the provided chairs are put away at 5pm. I was thankful I had seen that. The condo was in a perfect location with shopping and restaurants close and tons of shopping and restaurants just a short drive also. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We would absolutely come again.

Happy Place But in need of some serious Updates.

PCB is our Happy place and have stayed at Long Beach Resort for 20+ years. Love the location, 24hr security, the beach. Liked the separate access to the bathroom. Condo definitely needs some updates. Very dated. Bed is not comfortable. Elevator broke down early in the week and was never repaired while we were there for the week. .

Just plain dirty

We've stayed at Long Beach Resort before in another unit. There's a lot to do, many great restaurants and the beach is great, however the unit is not well maintained and smelled like a locker room, perhaps because the wet dirty mop and dustpan are stored in the same room where the AC unit is. Dirty windows and mirrors, floors, countertops, glasses and dishes. The AC filter was clogged with dirt and debris; bathroom fan needs vacuuming and tub had hair in it. The bed is sagging in the middle. We woke up with backaches every morning. Aside from all that the gulf views were great. Sorry to be so critical, we just have higher standards.

Beach stay

The condo was as described. Kitchen was equiped to be able to cook basic meals. We did find only hand soap in the kitchen, there was no liquid dish soap to do up a few dishes, only dish washer tsbs x2. Everything else in condo was perfect. The beach chair rental company, who sets up and takes down the beach chairs, are the last ones to get chairs set up and start taking them down at 3pm, suppose to be up until 5pm. Eveyday there was a different amount of chairs set up, making it confusing to find your assigned set of chairs, or someone else is in your assigned spot, making us have to walk down to their both to handle the situation. They never made anybody leave our assigned chairs, in fact 4 out of the 6 beach days, we ended up with a different set of chairs. This is not Angie's fault but the beach service is listed with rental, so that was the only frustrating part of our stay.
