The Gulf stretches out in every direction from this top-floor condo, its blues shifting through the day as the sun tracks west. You are up high enough to feel the breeze from the balcony and low enough to hear the water. For twelve people looking for a shared base on the Florida Panhandle, this is a practical, comfortable, well-positioned place to land.

Outdoor living
Step out onto the expansive balcony and the Gulf fills the frame - morning coffee with the horizon, dinner as the sun drops, or simply a chair and the sound of waves. Resort amenities are close at hand: a pool, hot tub, and BBQ grill are available for guest use, and beach access is right there when you're ready to put your feet in the sand.

Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms sleep twelve guests across eight beds. The master suite has a king bed and a private ensuite bath. Two guest bedrooms each combine a queen bed with twin-over-twin bunk beds, a layout that works well for families with kids. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed. Three bathrooms serve the group.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. There is room to cook for the whole group and a dining area to gather around once the meal is ready.

Living space
The condo is bright and open, with natural light from the Gulf-facing side carrying through the main living area. Air conditioning and heating keep things comfortable year-round. A dedicated workspace is available for anyone who needs to log on, and the TV and high-speed wifi cover the downtime hours. In-unit washer and dryer, bed linens, hangers, and an iron round out the practical side. A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the entrance.

Extras worth noting
Guests receive one complimentary ticket per day to a selection of Panama City Beach attractions, including a sailing cruise, mini golf, a trampoline park, WonderWorks, and a Dave & Buster's Power Card. Parking passes and pool bands are not included in the booking total. The initial registration fee is $50.00 USD plus tax, which covers one parking pass and pool bands for all guests. Additional parking passes are available for $30.00 USD each. The property participates in a Clean Coverlet Program, providing freshly laundered bedding for every arrival.

There is no carbon monoxide detector on the property. Self check-in is available via keypad. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are permitted.
