This 6th floor condo is one of the nicest 4 bedroom condos in all of Panama City Beach.


The master bedroom on the water has a king size bed and cable TV plus a great view of the ocean and access to the balcony. THE MASTER BEDROOM HAS A PRIVATE BATHROOM WITH A JACUZZI TUB.

The 2nd bedroom has a KING size bed and flat screen cable tv on the wall.

The 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed and flat screen cable tv on the wall.

The living room has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean, with access to the oversize balcony and a queen pull out couch.

The 4th bedroom or the efficiency has a king size bed, free standing twin size bunk beds, large flat screen cable TV, an ocean view and its own private balcony over looking the ocean. It has a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. It also has a kitchenette.

With nine-foot ceilings, crown molding, tile throughout, granite counter tops, ceiling fans throughout and marble garden tubs and showers with shower massages, this condo has it all! From this 6th floor balcony , you'll overlook a 1,700-foot expanse of sugar white sand beach.

Great place to stay

The condo was as described. Very clean and had everything we needed. The pool just underwent maintenance so it was not very warm however was back to normal by the end of our vacation.

Great stay

We had a great stay. Room was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. I was highly impressed with the kitchen items that were provided. Master bathroom needs painted but other than that everything was good.

Location was perfect, On beach and close to the ballfields that we needed. The condo wasn't cleaned properly and they didn't have any cleaning supplies there so we had to buy our own and clean. Only had 1 roll of TP for each BR.

Beautiful vacation

Panama City Beach need I say more. The condo was everything the listing said it was. Clean, spacious, beautiful views from the balcony. Pool area was well kept and the heated pool was a big plus. Not too crowded due to it being the off season made it so much more enjoyable. Overall 10 out of 10!!!

Fall Break

Condo was large enough to accomodate our family of 10. Master bedroom is very big and comfortable. 6th floor was high enough to give the balcony a great view without being too high. No waiting for elevators but that could have been due to the time of year.

Panama City Beach Getaway

The property is VERY nice!! The only downer if you have kids they have a lot of rules at the pool. No floaties, no balls, etc. If you want your kids to be able to play and have a good time as kids in a pool this may not be the place for your family. This was not listed when I booked I will ask more questions next time.

Disappointing

This was our 2nd time to stay at Boardwalk but will probably be our last. The condo itself was spacious enough for six adults and six children and had a nice view of the ocean, but it could use some major updating and its definitely in need of a good cleaning! The location is OK, but not really within walking distance of most things. The rules they have in place are a little extreme! For one, even though there was ample amount of parking, they would not allow us to park a golf cart on the property, not even long enough to run up and change clothes. The kids are not allowed to have any pool Toys or floating devices in the pool (depending on which security guard you get for the day) and the kiddie pool that they show online is shut down and in need of major repairs. Overall, we had a good time, but will definitely explore other options for our next vacation here.

Yearly Family Vacation

The water was amazing, the unit was in a great location to beach, pool, and restaurants. Lots of room in three of the four bedrooms and three bathrooms were spacious (lots of wasted space in those actually). Fourth "bedroom"' was really not a bedroom (6' X 10' would be an over-statement on room dimensions). It was a closet with a bed that fit wall to wall. Had to crawl in from the foot of the bed each evening. That is hard on anyone older than a kid or teenager. No closet in that room or area to accommodate a suitcase/clothing. Had to store those in the hallway for that room. For four couples, that was a disappointing situation. It would have been suitable for a kid or teenager to crash but was difficult for an adult couple to share the tight area. Live and learn...we made the best of it and pretended we were in the cheapest cabin section of cruise ship except we were without a place to store clothing or a restroom. Owners should seriously consider a reconfiguration and renovation or bill it as a three bed/three bath, with a crash pad for kid or teenager...not a fourth bedroom. Thank goodness we are a close family; we made it work.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was sufficient for our large family, but it was very dusty, had broken floor tiles and cracks in drywall in places. Doors creaked! Toilets ran constantly in efficiency and primary suite! Unit was more of a “C” rating at “A” prices after having rented other condos that lived up to our expectations . On a good note, it had plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses and pans to accommodate family dinners. Unit also had plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys but we brought our own. Security was tight too so it felt like you were being watched versus being on vacation.

Reviewer Comments: Overall it was good but there were maintenance and cleaning issues as soon as we arrived after a 9 hour drive. The coffee pot was still sitting with coffee grounds in it, the counters and bar chairs still had food on them, the drawer in one of the nightstands in the master BR fell apart when it was opened, very few towels/wash cloths in the condo for 7 people. There was only 1 dish towel and dish cloth for a 7 day stay. This condo needs some TLC and it would be great. The amount of money we paid, there should be no problems at all if this place is inspected and cleaned well after each stay. There were also food crumbs in the dresser drawers in one of the bedrooms. The oven does not get hot enough to cook anything. The floors were gritty when we first got there so I know it had not been vacuumed very well. We love the location but because of the issues we probably won’t rent again. The bracelet thing is ridiculous too. Also the dryer lint trap was full and the shelf above it was covered in dust which tells me it has not been vacuumed in a while. The views of the ocean and beach and pool are spectacular. The bed linens were clean and fresh. Overall our family had a good time.

Beautiful location

This location is perfect for the area for families! This unit has no hotels next to it and you can easily set up a prime spot in the beach! The unit is spacious, so lots of room for the family to hang out in. We have stayed at this exact unit 4 times now and will definitely be back!
